Due to consistent and impressive growth across the entire Group, we are recruiting an experienced and dedicated Reward Manager to analyse, evaluate and streamline our internal rewards process.
Reporting into the Head of Talent & Reward, you will be responsible for managing the entire rewards process, including defining the rewards agenda and roadmap, to overall delivery.
What you will be doing:
- Supporting senior leadership in embedding a culture that promotes purpose and positive behaviours to achieve a high performing and successful workforce
- Developing workforce strategies and plans to identify and prioritise critical skills and succession pipeline
- Overseeing pay and reward reviews including pay structures and design
- Providing reward and benefit insights and analysis, including bonus and commission schemes as well as senior leadership and Group pay and award calibration
- Oversight of benefits management across the group, across varying job levels and grading structures
- Leading reward activity and projects including salary benchmarking; annual compensation events; reward and benefits schemes
- Ensuring quality of reward schemes, frameworks and initiatives are in line with expected outcomes and Employer Value Proposition (EVP) through applied compliance, governance, employer brand and external PR
- Ensuring full budget compliance, providing effective management, control and monitoring of the reward expenditure
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrable experience of designing and implementing reward initiatives at scale
- Strong relationship-building skills across all seniority levels
- A thorough understanding of rewards packages and processes, and how to utilise these to drive business performance
- Exceptional communication, organisational and project management skills
- Experience of working within a large, complex and layered organisation
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high quality output
- Highly numerate and comfortable with numerical data and analysis (for use across Excel, PowerPoint, etc
