MyHR Change ManagerHybrid

Here at Serco, we’re looking for a MyHR Change Manager to lead and deliver key HR/People change projects and solutions, within our UK & Europe business and the MyHR Service, across the full-lifecycle from definition through to closure. This includes project management and delivery of HR expertise in support of contract mobilisations, organisation design and change management.
As part of this you will:
- Lead TUPE elements of contract mobilisation and transitions, helping leaders and contract teams to prepare effectively for the on and off boarding of workforces; ensuring coherent and integrated plans are developed and managed with operational teams and internal partners.
- Support on HR change projects within our UK&E Business and the MyHR Service (including the implementation of new operating models, restructuring, culture change and new ways of working) helping to ensure delivery is planned, prepared and executed in a way that best ensures success.
- Be responsible for the creation and delivery of associated project plans, ensuring full compliance with governance, reporting and tracking.
- Effectively identify, prioritise, assess and mitigate risks and issues, including escalation to sponsors/senior stakeholders, and key internal stakeholders at an appropriate level.
- Ensure TUPE Employee Liability Information (ELI) data and due diligence checks from incumbent employers and for transferring employers is validated and support People Change Coordinators on escalated queries.
- Support key UK&E wide people projects and improvements that form part of our strategic plan.
- Identify and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
What you’ll need to do the role:
- HR experience with strengths in project delivery, change management, organisation design and culture.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the business.
- Be highly self-motivated and able to act under own initiative where required; Managing your own time effectively and working to tight deadlines.
- Flexibility and agility in working style managing multiple tasks in parallel.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Problem solving skills and adaptability
- Strong leadership skills, taking personal accountability and holding others accountable as well.
- Project Management experience is highly desirable
