Be the first point of contact for Practice Managers with regard to the delivery of PCN projects/schemes and workforce. Analyse service specifications, performance indicators, and data collection requirements to inform the design of new PCN services. Have experience in developing primary care provision at scale, for example, working with a federation or collaboration of general practices. Have experience in building and maintaining working relationships with local and national stakeholders, demonstrating effective influencing, negotiating, and facilitation skills. Have experience in managing workforce-based projects within tight deadlines, ensuring successful implementation of complex primary care-based initiatives. Have a good understanding of other primary care providers and stakeholders, such as the LMC, Kernow Health CIC, and the ICB. • Ensuring invoices are appropriately matched to Po's
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
• GBP and foreign currency payments to external suppliers and group companies
• GBP and foreign currency bank reconciliations
• Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
• Reviewing systems and processes and making improvements where necessary
• Company credit card administration
• Payment Practices Reporting
• Monthly and quarterly reporting, including KPI analysis

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous purchase ledger experience.
• Experience with month end & multiple deadlines.
• Computerised accounting systems, preferably ERP.
• Strong Excel skills including ability to manipulate data and pivot tables.
• Qualification such as AAT or similar is advantageous although not essential.
• Any experience of working on change projects is beneficial.

As Store Manager we are looking for a well-rounded and commercial ‘retail manager’ who is proactive in their approach and can work using their own initiative, fashion retail experience is desirable but however not essential as full training is provided. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in either management or supervision of personnel within a retail outlet.

As Store Manager you will be expected to:

- Drive sales through your team

- Manage the day to day operation of the store whilst ensuring costs are contained within targets

- Maximise store profitability by promoting sales within the store

- Ensure that a high level of customer service is delivered at all times

- Manage, coach and motivate the team to deliver to all targets and lead by example

Experience and Qualifications  
You may already be a Security Manager which is great. Or maybe you’re an experienced Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager looking for the next step! All we are looking for is… 

- Proven experience leading large teams in a Security or similar environment 
- Experience in managing operations, performance, resources and cost control 
- Can confidently deal with Guest concerns and resolve problems 
- Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills 
- Strong decision-making ability
- Security Industry Authority License (SIA)
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures with experience using relevant technology and equipment
