• The Assistant Nurse Manager reports directly to the Nurse Manager of Urgent Care. The Assistant Nurse Manager is responsible for the oversight of daily operations of the department in the absence of the Nurse Manager.
• The Assistant Nurse Manager assumes responsibility for staffing and scheduling of permanent and supplemental nursing staff and ensures that assignments of the staff reflect their appropriate utilization, compliance with staffing guidelines, and The Joint Commission standards. This includes weekend rotation schedule of staff as well as holiday and yearly vacation schedule for RN staff.
• Manages clinical issues, performance improvement activities, customer service and safety and satisfaction including any follow up.
• Assist the Nurse Manager with statistical daily and monthly Urgent Care data Collection.
• Actively participates in Hospital Committees.
• Assist the Nurse Manger in all issues affecting nursing including standards of practice, credentialing, training, yearly competencies, functional statements, position descriptions, proficiency reports, performance appraisals, policies, procedures, protocols, and competencies.
• Cover as bedside RN in the Urgent care if needed to support proper staffing.
• Manage and run patient reports and audits, complete the proper follow up as well as proper documentation.
• Equip staff with tools for culturally competent care and promotes a culture of accountability for high-quality, cost-effective outcomes.

We are partnering with a major accountancy firm with 3 offices across the Northwest region to search for a Senior Tax Manager. This firm provides a range of advisory and accounting services to a largely owner-managed business / entrepreneurial client base. A modern practice, they have 160+ staff spread across 3 office locations, with tax being a key service line as they continue to build and grow. The tax team makes up around 20% of the overall headcount with them providing advisory & compliance services to a well-rounded and varied portfolio. Due to growth and market opportunity, they are now looking to bring in either a good Tax Manager or a Senior Tax Manager who will work within the private client tax advisory team. A flexible team, you can be based in either Liverpool or Manchester and will be required to travel to their main Lancashire-based office for tax meetings and general team collaboration.
Your new role
You will be joining the firm as either a Private Client Tax Senior Manager or Tax Director, supporting with private client tax advisory work. You will get involved in a range of interesting, complex and challenging advisory matters such as IHT planning, non-domiciliaries, trust advisory, succession planning and other forms of general tax planning throughout the year. You will be working with owners of managed businesses, entrepreneurs, high-net worth individuals and directors acting as real business advisers. Working closely with senior leadership in the firm, you will also help with overall management of the tax team and business development commitments.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to come from a strong private client tax background and have experience supporting a mixed portfolio of clients. Ideally, you will have trust & IHT planning experience and be passionate about providing efficient tax solutions. You'll need to be suitably qualified (ACA/ACC/CTA/ATT) and be able to demonstrate good business development and management skills.

Role Overview

As the B2B Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital presence of our organisation. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will be responsible for executing campaigns and strategies that generate referrals for our core homes with vacancies and new developments, while also strengthening our brand identity. Managing a Marketing Assistant, you will oversee the development of compelling content, production of high-quality digital assets, and optimisation of our key digital channels to engage our primary audience—health and social care professionals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Strategy


Develop and implement a results driven B2B digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
Focus on generating referrals for services with vacancies and promoting new developments.


2. E-Marketing


Create and execute e-marketing campaigns targeting health and social care professionals.
Use data-driven insights to segment audiences and tailor messaging to maximise impact.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring continuous improvement.


3. Website Management & Development


Oversee the design, functionality, and content of the company website to ensure optimal user experience (UX) and accessibility.
Regularly update content to reflect service availability, success stories, and quality outcomes.
Track website performance metrics, making recommendations to improve conversions and engagement.


4. Social Media Communications


Lead the social media strategy to promote services, share success stories, and enhance brand presence.
Produce and schedule regular, high-quality posts tailored to the professional audience.
Engage with followers and monitor platform analytics to refine approach.


5. Content Development & Brand Building


Develop and oversee the creation of engaging content, including blogs, case studies, videos, and infographics, to showcase outcomes-based care and support.
Ensure all content aligns with the company’s tone of voice and brand standards.
Build and maintain a library of digital assets for use across campaigns.


6. Team Management


Manage and mentor the Marketing Assistant, supporting their professional growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.
Foster a collaborative and creative working environment.


7. Performance Analysis & Reporting


Monitor and analyse the performance of all digital campaigns, providing actionable insights to the CCO.
Report on KPIs, including referral generation, website engagement, and social media growth.


Key Skills and Experience


Proven experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally in the health, social care, or related sectors.
Strong expertise in e-marketing platforms, CMS (preferably WordPress), and social media management tools.
Demonstrated ability to create and manage digital campaigns that generate measurable results.
Knowledge of brand guardianship to ensure brand standards are adhered to across the organisation.
Excellent copywriting and content development skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Analytical mindset with experience in using data to inform decision-making (Google Analytics and other reporting tools).
Experience managing and developing junior team members.
Knowledge of the health and social care industry is desirable but not essential.

This role would suit an M&A tax professional from a Big 4 or Top 10 firm who has extensive experience of working with owner-managed businesses and of working on due diligence, transactions, demergers, restructuring and IHT issues when companies are planning to or in a position to sell or buy.This is a highly collaborative role where the successful candidate will work with the internal teams and client engagement will need to be of a high standard,You will be working alongside an award-winning corporate finance team who is based out of Manchester and is successfully winning deals constantly. Supporting these teams and providing a varied offering of tax support and due diligence is key.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to come from a strong M&A tax background, with experience of managing portfolios, working collaboratively and have a high level of attention to detail.This role would suit a manager or senior manager from a Big 4 or Top 20 firm who has M&A exposure at all levels and is ready to take their career to the next level.CTA/ ACA or ACCA qualified, you will be an experienced manager or senior manager from a corporate or M&A background with the gravitas to communicate and support at all levels.Ambition and drive with a clear and collaborative communication style are paramount to this management role.
