Ce département de plus de 220 ingénieurs a vocation d'apporter les technologies et savoir-faire de l'électronique embarquée pour élever au meilleur niveau la performance et la compétitivité des produits FLX. Nos compétences couvrent en particuliers la conception et la vérification de cartes électroniques (numérique, analogique, alimentation, RF) et de circuits intégrés (FPGA/ASIC) dans le domaine de l'aéronautique sur nos produits capteurs (inertie, GNSS, air data), calculateurs et display tant pour des applications civiles que militaires.

Nos collaborateurs sont situés sur 3 sites en France (Valence, Châtellerault, Bordeaux), au Canada (Montréal), en Inde (Bengalore) et à Crowley (UK). Le poste est placé sous la responsabilité d'un Engineering Manager.

Au sein du Centre de Compétence Equipements & Technologies Aéronautiques (ETA), vous intégrez un service de développement métier Electronique en qualité de Team Manager.

En tant que membre de l'équipe dirigeante du département et en soutien de l'Engineering Manager vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

- Contribuer à l'élaboration de la vision de l'activité, du plan de performance et de la stratégie d'action. Favoriser son appropriation par les collaborateurs et promouvoir l’état d’esprit nécessaire à sa mise en œuvre ;

- Contribuer au pilotage et aux décisions au sein du département métier Electronique ;

- Apporter au quotidien sa séniorité pour challenger les choix et prévenir les risques d’exécution dans les projets ;

- Promouvoir et dynamiser les transformations de l'ingénierie métier qui en découleront. Incarner et accompagner ce changement auprès des collaborateurs ;

- Contribuer à la gestion des compétences du métier et à leur développement (adéquation charges, ressources, compétences, affectation des collaborateurs sur les projets, revue des talents, etc.) et participer aux comités dédiés ;

- Engager les collaborateurs en développant l'autonomie, la responsabilité et l'envie d'entreprendre ;

- Assurer la responsabilité hiérarchique directe sur la trentaine de collaborateurs du département situé à Bordeaux (Suivi longitudinal RH, checkin, construction / suivi / évaluations des objectifs, etc.) ;

En fonction de son domaine de compétence, le Team Manager sera aussi amené à occuper la fonction de Discipline Leader. Il sera en charge d'animer la discipline (démodulation de la vision FLX/métier, partage des problématiques et résolution en équipe, construction de la roadmap, appropriation des objectifs individuels métier) et coacher techniquement les collaborateurs de sa discipline.

• Help customers derive best value from our solutions by assisting them with successful onboarding
• Deliver effective training on the product capabilities to Customers and Partners
• Work with Product Delivery Team for implementations and customization requests
• Provide Product Release updates and drive additional value by encouraging deeper feature adoption

• Provide Cloud Governance reports and recommendations
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams (Product Management, DevOps, Engineering)
• Manage current accounts and nurture existing customers. Streamline and manage renewals, upsells and expansions
• Generate product training resources including Guides, Presentations, Videos
• Update Product related Best Practices and FAQs periodically
• Conduct periodic CSAT / NPS surveys. Synthesize customer feedback and quarterback experiences with internal teams on behalf of the customer

What We Are Looking For:

• Typically requires a 2 year degree and 3–5 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience. May require specific certifications
• Proven work experience in Customer Success at a US-based B2B Enterprise SaaS company, preferably in the cloud infrastructure domain
• At least 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development)
• BA/BS degree or equivalent. MBA/Masters preferred
• Good exposure to cloud and Devops technologies (Such as AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD tools etc.)
• Cloud Certifications Preferred (AWS/Azure/OCI/GCP)
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing, Services)
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Creativity in approach and in building customer relationships in ground-breaking new ways

  Qualifications:

• Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong knowledge of business banking products, lending processes and loan documentation, and supporting policies, procedures, and technologies.
• Strong experience with customer sales and service.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
