Role
We are looking for an exceptionally, strong and highly motivated Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment to manage through-the-line campaigns. You are someone who never settles for second best, and always delivers work to the highest standard to delight clients.
The team is made up of a cross-office team of highly talented individuals tasked with delivering a strategic and creative step-change communications with the development and implementation of stand-out through-the lines campaigns for a range of well-known consumer facing brands In the UK. From highly engaging social content and persuasive broadcast TV to immersive digital and hard working in-store POS.
In return, you will play a pivotal role in our first-class, experienced and supportive team, who work hard, but also like to have fun. This is a fantastic role for someone who wants to further their skills and experience In all channels and is passionate about making a difference on iconic brands.
You will be:
- Managing multiple campaigns of varying types and sizes from conceptual approval to final delivery.
- Creating and maintaining good relationships with the clients you work with to build their trust in you.
- Understanding your client’s business… How is the brand performing? What about their competitors?
- Keeping abreast of relevant news from the wider world.
- Working effectively with strategy, creative and studio departments to get work done on time and budget and to client satisfaction.
- Responsible for the timely delivery of estimates, invoicing and status, competitive and contact reports.
- Working with external suppliers, clients and other agencies, as required, to build strong working relationships.
- Ensuring workstreams are effectively delivered managing upwards and downwards with other account team members.
Required skills and experience:
- At least 2 years experience working within a communications agency or managing communications campaigns client side.
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Experience in delivering broadcast and digital/social comms.
- Excellent organisational, multitasking and time-keeping skills.
- Strong communicator. Excellent written and verbal communications, as well as interpersonal skills.
- Fully literate in Microsoft Office software, specifically Powerpoint, Outlook, Word and Excel
