Our new Assistant Headteacher will undertake all the normal responsibilities of a SENDCo. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Programme Manager to join the New Market Entrant team in the Digital Primary Care programme. This team are enacting a commercial strategydesigned to introduce more choice of core clinical systems in General Practice so that we see more innovation and a better level of service. Suppliers of the newtomarketsystemsmustnavigate the complexities of primary care and provide systems that integrate with all the national infrastructure,as well as supporting local integrationswith the wider health ecosystem. They also need to secureGP Practices to work with them asearly adopterstohelp them shape their product and deliver value so that others follow and adopt.


We are looking for someone who can apply a broad range of skills andexpertisein programme management and relationship and stakeholder management. They will need toeffectively manage the relationships and needs of a complex stakeholder environment to help deliver the goal of migrating practices to new GPclinical systems. 


Existing knowledge and experience of working in the NHS, and of managing a broad range of complex stakeholder relationships, often with conflicting priorities, are key aspects in successfully fulfilling this role.


This role is pivotal in bringing together all stakeholders to deliver against a shared plan, dealing with 3rdpartysuppliers, navigating complexgovernanceprocessesand havingdifficultconversations will be everyday activities.

The ICBs we are working with are taking a risk and investing in a vision, we need to help them navigate this and balance this against other wider priorities. You’ll need confidence in leading complex projects and presenting outcomes to senior management. An understanding of procurement law, including the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016, is ideal but not essential.
