As the Account Manager, you'll rapidly immerse yourself in understanding every facet of your client's business, gaining an understanding of the services and performance levels they expect from us. The Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response (EPRR) team sits in the Regional Chief Operating Officer Directorate for the North East & Yorkshire Region and will work closely with national, regional, and local teams to support the delivery of all the NHS statutory responsibilities as articulated in the Civil Contingencies Act.

The team will deliver this function in the context of the regional team’s ambitious programme of work set out in the annual operational plans and The Long-Term Plan for the NHS over the next five to ten years.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of a focussed and dynamic team delivering improved system Resilience to patients, staff and communities across the NHS in North East and Yorkshire.

The successful applicant will be able to work independently and as part of an internal team and with wider multi agency partners.

This role is suited to an individual who is able to work autonomously using their clinical skills as an integral part of the day to day work to influence the resilience agenda and design, deliver and evaluate high quality Training and Exercising for NHS Commanders and other staff to ensure compliance with appropriate occupational standards. Key Responsibilities

Release Planning & Coordination
