A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

• To analyze data and internal operations flow to provide accurate commercial-related reports for internal and external use
• Manage and ensure high quality of content / presentations / messaging issued to customers, including but not limited to SLA reports, Monthly Business Reviews, and others
• To look at internal systems and processes for the development of automation to capture data for daily consumption and analysis, for eg. tracking and reporting for SLA, rejection records, re-planed MAWBs

Your new role
This is an all round generalist marketing role. You'll be responsible for creating and implementing a strategy and will work closely with key stakeholders & the team to plan & deliver effective multichannel marketing, with end-to-end responsibility. Key areas of focus will be social (LinkedIn/Instagram), website, strategic implementation and brand awareness and will report into the Head of Marketing.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience in a similar role, with a degree in marketing, Knowledge of the property industry or a keen interest in learning more, Leadership skills and line management. Senior stakeholder management along with people management is key. Creating and implementing multi-channel campaigns and strategy along with the team.

Job Description 
Reporting to the General Manager the Outcomes and Digital Systems Manager is responsible for overseeing the client management systems, data, and outcome reporting of the service.

Key duties will include:

• Supporting decision making by overseeing live data reporting and analysis.
• Coordinating with Digital and Health Technology teams for seamless system integration.
• Collaborating with service streams to identify opportunities for process improvement and care coordination.
• Coordinating the implementation and ongoing functionality of the digital health platform to ensure integrated team care, digital health technology initiatives, program needs, and customer-focused care.
• Developing evaluation criteria and outcome standards, while ensuring compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Duty Manager oversees all daily operations at the development and is the first point of contact for any incidents or issues related to customers, team members and visitors. They should utilise staff, contractors, and the other resources available to ensure the highest quality of service is provided, meeting all requirements of the management contract, lease(s) and service standards.
The Duty Manager should be a champion of Health & Safety and this company values :
