About the Regional Facilities Manager role

• To oversee the Facilities Management of allocated properties within the Adults Division. Overseeing the capital improvements, maintenance and management of both site maintenance teams on larger sites and mobile maintenance team covering the smaller sites. Managing and delivering the agreed Capex & R&M budgets and ensuring compliance with the relevant regulations.
• This role would deal with around 20-30 sites varying from small domestic type properties up to larger 40 bed sites with multiple buildings. The adults division cares for adults with a range of needs, from Learning disability, mental health, Autism and Neurological conditions and the role is to assist with ensuring a well maintained, safe built environment in a number of different settings.

• You will would work closely with our Operational teams aligning site and operating requirements with budget, communicating on planned and reactive works and working with external suppliers/contractors as necessary.

• Assisting the Divisional Facilities Manager and the Director of Facilities Management with the management of the Group’s Adults Division properties.

• Supported by an administrative assistant to assist with CAFM system, raising and closing of jobs, invoicing, liaising with contractors and the like.

• Be a part of the wider FM team consisting of 15 Regional Facilities Managers across the group and over 200 maintenance, site managers and craft team members.

• The successful candidate will work with the development team where necessary assisting on larger capital spends at the larger sites.

Job Summary This is a key role within the Children, Maternity and Personalised Care team within Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board (ICB) Directorate of Integrated Commissioning. The role is essential in supporting system wide collaborative working to facilitate the delivery of multi-priority work streams identified specifically by the Childrens Clinical Programme Group. This role will undertake and lead on service improvement projects for children and young people, delivering Integrated Care System (ICS) priorities and supporting the delivery of new care pathways, service improvements and new models of care, with the support of with senior colleagues. The Senior Project Manager will directly contribute to improving the health and wellbeing for our population and ensuring the sustainability of our local services. The post holder will work collaboratively with stakeholders, both inside and outside of the NHS to implement change and make improvements to both service delivery, outcomes and experience for children, young people and their parents/carers. This could be in the form of developing new care pathways or models of care. The Senior Project Manager, supported by the Deputy Director, Associate Directors and Senior Commissioning Programme Managers, will contribute expertise and knowledge on implementation and sustainability of programmes to ensure change plans are embedded within services and deliver the expected outcomes.
