You will be delivering high level support to those who would be in risk of homeless without support from the organisation. The role will involve managing a caseload of clients across properties and engaging with vulnerable adults with complex needs.

About the role:

• Support service user to stay safe, to help them claim benefits and budgeting.
• Provide planning, leadership, and direction, meeting statutory and organisations quality standards.
• Enable service users to co-produce and engage with our high-quality person-centred services, where a strength based, and trauma-informed approach is taken.
• Any other tasks and activities that reasonably related to managing the properties and supporting the service users.

Retail Team Leader

Salary: £29,000 - £30,000 plus £290 per month car allowance

Location: Exeter

As a Retail Stock Count Team Leader you will take accountability for managing teams of stock counters, delivering the end to end stock taking service while on our client's sites. We require flexible availability, as the shift lengths may vary and you will be travelling to a different client site each day. You may occasionally be expected to stay away from home.

Days: Monday - Sunday (5 in 7 day working shift pattern)

Hours of Work: Evening/Night shifts
