Summary of Duties:

• Guide the overall technical implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Financials) business transformation program.
• Oversee the entire technical work of the Oracle Cloud implementation, work with internal team members, stakeholders ensuring the business processes are designed and meets the business requirements.
• Understand the customizations done at the program level and articulate the pros and cons of with an impact analysis of each customization and the value add.
• Research the latest technologies, develop and enforce standards and best practices, and play a key role in the overall architecture for the Order to Cash solution.
• Review business processes, identify gaps and approach the solution in tactical and strategic way.
• Review Oracle’s quarterly release package and educate the business stakeholders how the OOTB feature will benefit the program.
• Review and report the impact of taking on addition or deletion of customization to the program and do a feasibility study of what it will take to roll out the new features.
• Assisting with the business process review, design, development, E2E integration solutioning and recommend reliable and reusable business application flows that address ERP gaps and related application needs.
• Utilize and develop organizational best practices throughout the project lifecycle to deliver systems/applications that meet business and technical requirements.
• Provide expert knowledge of software development, its methodologies, and documentation including requirements analysis, architecture design, project plans, status reporting, process flow diagrams, functional requirements, SOW's, GAP analysis, test plans, training materials, and other items as needed to ensure the success of the program.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field of study AND Six (6) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained. Must also have demonstrated experience with the following: Oracle ERP Cloud Infrastructure; Oracle Cloud Business Process, Oracle Reports, Integrations, Conversions, and Enhancements (RICE); Implementing multiple Oracle cloud projects, mainly Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle SCM cloud, and related Oracle EPM Cloud offerings, including Data and Analytics; Utilizing Oracle Financials, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Order Management; Utilizing various integration tools and exposure to all the PaaS solutions and tools; Run discovery sessions with internal stakeholders/business users, collect requirements, educate on Oracle cloud solutions/strategies, and independently develop proposals; Software architecture and designs that can be implemented by other teams; Cloud native applications and micro-services architectures to support integration solutions; Utilizing modern, cloud focused development workflows and architect highly available and scalable solutions; Understanding all of technical capabilities of SaaS, PaaS and IaaS from an extensions, Integration and reporting perspective, and be able to articulate technical solutions involving these limited features; and Modern programing and scripting languages (EL, Groovy, JavaScript or Web Services (SOAP & REST using XML/JSON Payloads)).

Sun Holdings is seeking a Manager, Sales Tax, to manage all aspects of our sales tax process. This is an individual contributor role and includes, but not limited to, auditing returns, reconciling withholdings, submitting timely and accurate payments, software implementation to improve the process, educating staff to minimize assessments and serve as the point person for all sales tax audits.

Summary of the job duties include:

Accounting:

Job Summary

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree and 6 years of Health Care industry and/or IT work experience OR 7-10 years managing projects and some experience managing complex programs.

• In-depth knowledge of business area and/or industry/technology included in scope.

• Leadership experience in multi-discipline, high-performance work teams/groups.

KBR Government Services – US, Science & Space (S&S) organization is seeking an energetic, self-starting individual to join our company as Manager, Procurement Compliance. As part of our procurement and supply chain team, this individual will collaborate with multiple team members, leaders, and stakeholders, participating wherever necessary to ensure smooth, efficient operations. Our ideal candidate has a wide range of applicable skills, including the ability to assure compliance to company Policies and Procedures, Government requirements, and assisting operations and procurement in meeting or exceeding Small Business goals. In this role, you may juggle multiple projects simultaneously, necessitating time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.

In this capacity, the individual will work with employees of all levels across the global KBR organization, including interfacing with high-ranking officials and stakeholders.  This individual will perform duties as a Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) for S&S Procurement and will demonstrate complete knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements as they relate to KBR Subcontracts/Purchase Orders and will maintain consistent knowledge of regulation updates. The Procurement Compliance Manager will be based to Houston, TX and will report to the Sr. Manager of Procurement Compliance.

Additional Responsibilities Include: 

The Procurement Compliance Manager duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

• Assure S&S maintains a Government Approved Purchasing System
• Assure Procurement File Compliance to KBR’s Procurement Manual and Government requirements.
• Champion integrity of the Procurement Manual and work with other Business Units to ensure it is maintained and Current.
• Establish and monitor an effective training curriculum for all Government procurement professionals.
• Provide training to Procurement and Operations personnel on all aspects of the procurement process as well as specific targeted areas as required and monitor training effectiveness and attendance.
• Assist with the development of Procurement training modules to ensure Compliance issues are being properly addressed.
• Act as lead trainer for advanced procurement topics.
• Establish and monitor a comprehensive Internal Auditing System, including implementation of effective peer auditing (IPASS), independent assessments, quality feedback/KPI review process, and progressive risk-based reviews of large procurements.
• Develop comprehensive audit reports that detail audit findings, recommend corrective actions as required, perform risk assessments, and conduct internal control assessments.
• Report findings and observations to the Sr. Manager of Procurement & Compliance, the VP, Procurement & Supply Chain Management, the Director, Procurement & Supply Chain Management and other senior managers.
• Coordinate with all external Government agencies and internal requests to provide responses for audits and ensure compliance in the most responsive manner possible.
• Implement a Compliance metrics program to track findings discovered during compliance reviews.
• Develop recurring reports and analyses on a weekly/monthly basis from commitment data
• Responsible for oversight of S&S Small Business Reporting and Small Business Liaison Officer (SBLO)
• Ensures SBLO guides proposal teams towards consistently including diverse suppliers in the competitive bidding process.
• Promotes supplier diversity strategy to drive growth in small business and other related socio-economic category spending for KBR.
• Promotes the formation of strong diverse supplier partnerships, teaming arrangements, and joint ventures as appropriate and maintain partnerships.
• Overseas the development of goals, metrics, and reporting to monitor performance against KBR's Subcontracting Plans and government regulations in accordance with FAR Part 19
• Ensures accurate and compliant ISR’s and SSRs are submitted in accordance with the Small Business filing requirements.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Similar from an accredited college or university
• 10+ years related experience with a focus on procurement compliance and small business requirements. 5 years of the 10 years in a supervisory or management role
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience using Power BI, a plus.

PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university (preferred)
• Experience with Costpoint (preferred)
