Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Project Director, you shall manage the entire effort for construction execution of the FPSO from selection of donor vessel to commissioning and acceptance by the Client. Your responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following job scope:

• Support Project Director by providing required inputs and experience to set the project execution priorities and identify the resources required, deployment schedule and qualification thereof;
• Support Project Director in developing the control budget, identification of risks in execution and meeting the budget, procedures for mitigation of risks and controlling the budget;
• Ensure that project execution is fully compliant to corporate quality and HSE standards including those required by regulatory authorities and report where required.
• Ensure that subcontractors and supplies completely follow these requirements and take corrective actions in case any deviation is observed;

• Planning, organizing and directing the activities of all the Disciplines in his team, contractors and subcontractors working for delivery of the FPSO;
• Ensuring that design of products with performance including workmanship and productivity meets the HSE and Quality requirements;

• Ensuring that the subcontracts are tendered and administered in accordance with the project procedures;
• Ensuring quotation are sought and purchase orders are placed in accordance with the CONTRACT requirements and master schedule;
• Monitoring progress against the master schedule, advising the Project Director of areas of concern and suggesting solutions;
• Coordinating the preparation of weekly and monthly project reports to HBA and CONTRACTOR Management;
• Project document control;
• Establish and maintain good working relationship with both internal and external clients;

Requirements

• Minimum educational requirements of a Bachelors’ and/or Masters’ degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or equivalent disciplines.

• Minimum 15-18 years’ experience, with Oil & Gas projects (fixed installations and FPSOs), with significant experience working as an engineering manager.

Skills and Competencies Profile

· Proficient in problem-solving, with the ability to address customer issues through critical and logical thinking

· Familiarity with quality assurance practices, including compliance with industry standards and quality management systems.

· Experience in conducting audits and implementing corrective actions to ensure adherence to quality protocols.

· Proficiency in statistical data analysis tools such as JMP, Minitab, Design of Experiments (DOE), and Statistical Process Control (SPC).

Overview

The incumbent be responsible to operationalise engagement and operational strategies in support of MOH Healthier SG /Age WELL SG and play a role in the crisis response team.

Job Responsibilities

1. Support Senior Assistant Director/Assistant Director in overseeing/implementing HSG/active SG engagement and enrolment operations
2. Promote and assist residents to enrol into the Healthier SG programme.
3. Undertake role of trainer and briefer of HSG contents to internal and external stakeholders including residents.
4. Assist in the development and update of HSG training contents/materials.
5. Assist and address HSG queries to residents throughout their Service Journey.
6. Assist to support Silver Generation Ambassadors (SGA) and provide the residents a smoother interface to get enrolled and participate in HSG initiatives​.
7. Be familiar on where to find information on HSG General Practitioners clinics (GPs), Active Aging Centres (ACCs), Community Centres (CCs) and HSG accredited activities to guide and assist residents to embark in self-directed or available healthy activities and programs.
8. Assist residents to troubleshoot their issues on their HealthHub App, Healthy 365 App, NUHS App or SingPass (if any).

As part of emergency and pandemic response planning, you are required to support Senior Assistant Director/Assistant Director in crisis response planning and operations. You will play an active role in :

• Ensuring timely escalation of incidents and crises through the role of duty officer
• As part of the RHSO operations command centre, respond to outbreak incidents and exigencies
• Collation, analysis and monitoring of data and trends to inform operational needs
• Coordination of quality and safety incidents, improvement programmes and monitoring of key indicators
• Providing secretariat support to relevant committees and workgroups

Requirements

• Diploma/degree in any discipline, preferably in the Healthcare industry.
• At least 5 – 6 years of working experiences, with at least 2 years in supervisory role.
• Confident and comfortable to work with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
• Possess strong and effective organization skills.
