To be a point of reference for Health and safety for the department attending and supporting regular Health and Safety meetings held by the division in the absence of the Specimen Reception Supervisor. 4. Responsible for monitoring and recording of staff leave / absence. 5. Responsible for ensuring mandatory training is completed. 6. To undertake all duties as performed by the specimen reception supervisor in their absence. 7. To support the specimen reception supervisor in their role.
