We are currently recruiting for a Retail Development Manager to join our Field Team, covering a geographical area within the UK. Role Overview
We provide in-store point of sale (POS) solutions to a leading retailer. This includes working with their marketing procurement team to develop innovative and cost-effective POS solutions that amplify their weekly offers and product ranges. In addition, we work with their in-house creative team to provide artwork creation / adaptation and design work. Our core services are that of in-store POS production for weekly and seasonal campaigns, but also include liaison with their Regional Managers to deliver effective Local Store Marketing and in-store signage installation services, often across their full estate of approximately 900 stores across the UK. Primary Objectives

Role Overview
To support the Group Account Director in providing a service that focuses on putting the client first. The role of Senior Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is crucial for the success of the Retirement Advisory group. This person will be responsible for a portfolio of retirement plan clients and will work alongside Plan Advisors to develop relationship strategies and ensure fiduciary wellness. The Senior CRM is the day-to-day point of contact for Plan sponsors and service providers. They will work as part of a team, coordinating plan reviews and benchmarking, overseeing vendors, and leading participant education initiatives. They may also conduct investment reviews and offer fiduciary training for retirement plan committees. This is a consultative role that focuses on understanding and responding to the needs of the clients. The Senior CRM is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by proactively providing solutions, anticipating concerns or issues, and seeking feedback.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Provide excellent client service that aligns with our company's values and reputation.

• Review and prepare quarterly investment reports.

• Update client records on Salesforce (CRM) and PlanTools (investment monitoring system).

• Organize fiduciary review meetings, collaborate with provider partners on action items and other deliverables, and create meeting minutes and client communications.

• Research client inquiries regarding Plan compliance and operations.

• Work with service partners to provide daily support to Plan administrators and participants.

• Oversee Plan conversion projects, benchmarking, and provider relationship management.

• Work with internal OneDigital partners on joint client initiatives.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

• To succeed in this role, you need to possess initiative and a positive "can-do" attitude. You must also demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills to ensure client satisfaction and successful team collaboration.

• Excellent communication ability across various settings, including writing, speaking, and presenting, is a must, along with the ability to adjust communication style effectively depending on the setting and audience.

• You need to be independent and self-directed, with superior attention to detail and follow-through. Demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills and being able to manage priorities effectively is also essential.

• Moreover, it's important to be adaptable to a rapidly changing business and technology environment and to stay up to date on industry, regulatory, and business best practices.

• Finally, you must acknowledge OneDigital's Code of Ethics.

Education, Training and Experience:

• Experience in the financial services industry required, with five to ten years in retirement plan services.

• Strong understanding of the capital markets and retirement plan investment vehicles.

• FINRA 65 license required (or the ability to obtain within 3-6 months).

• Understanding of ERISA and other retirement plan-related regulations (e.g., DOL, IRS).

• Proficiency with Microsoft App Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), SharePoint, Zoom, and SalesForce.

• Professional designations (such as C(k)P, CPFA, AIF) preferred, but not required.

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $130,000 - $150,000 per 
year.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, 
professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on

The Product Manager is the go-to person for everything to do with the product, with detailed understanding of the product features and benefits, where each product fits within a farm production system, understanding of the supply chain, process through customer care, manufacturing, printing, dispatch as well as the brand management team. 

 This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of products including planning and execution of product lifecycle management, forecasting, pricing, communication of changes and working with the marketing team to improve product messages that are delivered in communications.

Initially, this role will be responsible for products within the ALLFLEX range although the range of product may change.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include, however not limited to:

• Lead the product management for the range, liaising with technical & global colleagues to understand the portfolio R&D pipeline, and champion ongoing range improvements; lead the introduction of new product and product improvements, with cross functional colleague engagement; identify gaps and opportunities within the portfolio, and champion product enhancement ideas to suit local needs with local, regional, and global colleagues. Contribute as required to internal product evaluation forums.

• Develop and execute product lifecycle management plans and actions and contribute to the development of company strategy in collaboration with the broader marketing team.

• Lead the building of budget and inventory forecasts for the portfolio, and accurately forecast major variances in sales forecasts based on industry, environmental and customer knowledge, and sales team contribution to forecasting.

• Work closely with production, demand planning and procurement operations to ensure supply continuity, effective inventory management, with a view to minimize stock obsolescence & destruction. Ensure supply constraints are clearly communicated internally and to customers.

• Lead the pricing review of the portfolio with contribution from the sales team.

• Lead development of product marketing messages to promote product benefits.  Work with brand management, digital marketing, technical, sales and customer care to ensure messages are accurate are being communicated in a clear and effective manner and help develop marketing activities.  At times this role will lead brand activation under direction of the marketing lead.

• Understand the NLIS and understand and changing trends in traceability for Australia.

• Conduct market research activities to help inform product strategies.

• Plan, coordinate and participate in trade and consumer promotional events as required.

• Remain abreast of marketing trends and innovations to maximize innovative product messaging techniques.

• Spend time with sales and technical team members in field to gain customer insights.

What You Must have

• Tertiary education in marketing, business or equivalent is essential.

• Prior product marketing experience.

• Experience managing large changing portfolios with significant numbers of UINs.

• Experience in an agriculture business, a knowledge of animal farming systems or experience in an agricultural business is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical skills required with proven experience evaluating portfolios and preparing business recommendations and strategies.

• Demonstrated experience developing and using market research and data to build marketing insights and develop product messaging.

• Experience engaging industry bodies, key opinion leaders and influencers to develop brand campaigns.
