University Hospitals Dorset has an opening for an experienced Senior Phlebotomist at our Bournemouth site. The role involves working with the team using phlebotomy skills and assisting the Phlebotomy Manager in the the day to day running of the Phlebotomy service.

This role is physically demanding, requiring you to have great attention to detail and accuracy when performing venepuncture. As a senior phlebotomist and team leader you will be expected to perform to a high standard, be flexible, supportive and be a trusted point of contact for the team. • Co-ordinate the work between the Board of Directors to ensure joined up and integrated development events.

• Advise on conduct of meetings with respect to Terms of Reference and the Trust's Constitution.

• Liaise with the Company Secretary in the induction and training of new Board members as they are appointed or elected.

Salary: Up to £33,480 (£29,000-£30,000 plus £290 per month car allowance)

As a Retail Stocktaking Team Leader you will take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end to end stock taking service while on our client's sites.
