The Role:
Following a service review, we are excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Team Leader in Building Services.

About You:
As a Team Leader, you will guide a diverse group of professionals to achieve their best work. You will promote a positive and productive culture whilst ensuring that the team meets organisational goals and exceeds client expectations. Your leadership will empower team members to take initiative, enhance their skills and contribute meaningfully to the services delivered by the section.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of professionals, fostering a strong sense of collaboration and accountability.
- Set clear goals and performance metrics for the team, monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback.
- Coordinate team activities to ensure alignment with organisational objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Act as a liaison between team members and upper management, effectively communicating updates and addressing challenges.
- Promote professional development by identifying training needs and facilitating learning opportunities.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
