Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, overseeing financial operations, and providing guidance on internal controls. Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure accounting records are prepared in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports.
• Review and supervise the preparation of full sets of accounts.
• Assist in strengthening and improving internal controls and processes.
• Oversee financial operations, including cash flow management and financial reporting.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.
• Prepare internal and external accounting and tax reports, as well as budgetary reports.
• Handle monthly payroll for employees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Postgraduate degree or professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA/CPA) is preferred.
• Proven working experience of at least 3 years in accounting and tax.
• Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, and standards.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Results-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively.
• Experience in Manufacturing Accounting will be an advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in reviewing or preparing monthly closings, financial statements, management reports, sustainability reports, and financial analysis, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Oversee daily bookkeeping activities on account receivable/payable and daily/monthly bank reconciliation.
• Oversee Account payable function, such as preparation of payment, reconciliation of suppliers’ accounts etc.
• Oversee Account receivable function, such as collection and reconciliation of client’s statement etc.
• Assist to prepare monthly and year end management reports.
• Assist your manager on company audit engagement and accounting job including administrative matters.
• Assist with external audits by providing necessary documentation, reconciling accounts, and addressing audit inquiries.
• Accomplish work-related activities or tasks assigned by the superior as needed.
• Conduct risk-based and control compliance audits within established plans and deadlines.
• Develop and manage the audit programs, conducting audit fieldwork, compile audit workpapers and draft audit reports.
