You will have the opportunity to lead open access youth work from our Exmouth and Ottery St Mary youth centres. You will support the youth manager by helping to achieve the local management plan targets, Space strategic objectives, by developing new staff and volunteers and planning creative and educational programmes. You will also work with young people in their local communities, engaging them in street based activities, building positive relationships and identifying their needs. You will support individual young people, help them set personal goals and have the opportunity to share their concerns. You will represent your team at partnership meetings and will work very closely with peers from a variety of locations.
