Senior Reward Administrator
Worcester based with a balance of home and office working
£25,944 per year (pro rata)
35 hours per week
Temporary position for up to 7 months
We have an opportunity for a talented Senior Reward Administrator to join our Reward and Wellbeing team, in People Services. The Reward and Wellbeing team manages all pay, benefits, wellbeing and pensions for the Group. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain valuable experience within a friendly team..
The role of Senior Reward Administrator will include:
- Proactively answering reward based queries that come through the Reward Mailbox and via the phone
- Dealing with complex queries by referring to internal source documents e.g. Terms and Conditions and Paybook spreadsheets as well as liaising with Reward Specialists and People Services Business Partners to ensure queries are resolved appropriately
- Providing reliable, accurate and timely administrative support
- Running a weekly report and raising tickets to resolve pay issues, checking resolutions are actioned
- Ensuring that administration trackers are proactively and accurately maintained
- Running various reports, identifying errors and logging queries through our internal systems to ensure resolution
- Supporting Reward colleagues with benchmarking, reviewing Reward processes and job profile administration
- Making process improvement recommendations within the remit of the role
- Supporting with Reward projects when they arise
- Developing and maintaining good working relationships with managers, People Services Business Partners and colleagues
Skills and experiences:
- Previous experience in an administrative role within Human Resources,withpayroll, reward, pensions or benefits experience.
- Demonstrable experience of proactively managing a mailbox, escalating queries and dealing with confidential information with the highest level of integrity
- Demonstrable experience of taking ownership for own workload
- Excellent knowledge of pay, benefits, payroll or HR administration processes
- An understanding of job profiles is desirable
- Some experience with reporting in SAP or similar HR systems is desirable
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise own work load
- Proficient user of Microsoft 365 including Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook
