This can be complex due to the English not necessarily being the employee’s first language or the IT literacy skills of the employee. Maintain effective and supportive relationships with other members of the multi-disciplinary team. Conversant with all relevant departmental and Trust protocols. To co-operate with North Staffordshire Hospital NHS Trust in ensuring that statutory regulations, codes of practice, local policies and departmental health and safety rules are adhered to.
