- Drive improvement in operation effectiveness by working with other Product owners to implement the logging, monitoring and alerting tools.

Minimum five (7) years of IT experience, with three (3) years’ hands on experience in Project implementation, Microsoft SQL and implementing software management in an enterprise;

- Minimum a year of experience in a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) is preferred;

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, for demonstrating the technical skills and knowledge of endpoint management and security using Microsoft 365 tools and services.

- Comfortable with a 5-year direct contract

Additional 1 or more certifications:

- DevOps Institute: Site Reliability Engineering Foundation, for demonstrating the skills and knowledge of applying DevOps principles and practices to the endpoint engineering process

- Exam MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator: deploys and manages Microsoft 365 and performs Microsoft 365 tenant-level implementation and administration of cloud and hybrid environments

- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification, for demonstrating the skills and knowledge of the ITIL framework and best practices for ITSM.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer/Market – Business Transformation

• Perform loan disbursements, repayments, rollovers, redemption and fee collection with accuracy and within the stipulated turnaround time.
• Respond to Business Units’ requests and enquiries within a stipulated time line.
• Collaborate with the Team Lead to engage the Business Units on a regular basis to resolve BAU issues and improve cooperation between the teams.
• Actively participate as a member of a team to move the team towards completion of goals i.e. develop a service-oriented culture within the team.

Process Digitalization or Automation /STP

• Participate in process digitalization, automation initiatives, bank-wide projects and system testing. 

Productivity Improvement

• Ensure all SLA/TAT are being met.
• Ensure work is completed with speed and accuracy.
• Contribute process improvements ideas to improve TAT, efficiency and reduction of internal errors in work processes.

Process Efficiency / Process Improvements

• Participate in process improvement discussions to improve the turnaround time for BAU processes. 
• Identify operational risks and implement measures/controls to plug the risk gaps so that processes are in line with the with all internal & external policies/guidelines and requirements of the regulators

Operational Risk & Compliance

• Work together with Team Lead to ensure that audit rating is “Satisfactory” or better.
• Work together with Team Lead to ensure no/minimal operational lapses/financial losses.

• Participate in BCP Co-ordinator/Risk Co-ordinator or Data Steward roles.
