MAIN RESPONSIBILTITES Collect blood samples by venepuncture from patients on request from clinicians, doctors and nurses, in accordance with the phlebotomy standard operating procedure. Ensure correct care, labelling, recording and maintenance of accurate records for each venepuncture. Have a good knowledge and understanding of the purpose of the different blood collection devices, and be able to pass on knowledge to trainees, as required. Be aware and understand the range of blood samples that require special treatment. Accurately create labels using the available IT system and label all samples correctly before calling in the next subject. Reassure patients who are nervous about sampling procedures and apply dressings to wounds created by blood draws. Participate in local initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient care. Person Specification:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, with a strong background in managing complex projects. Experience within the rail sector would be a distinct advantage.
• Knowledge: Sound knowledge of NEC 3/4 Target Cost contracts and experience in procurement processes.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Multitasking: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Communication & Negotiation: Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of interacting with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Qualifications: A relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field is required. Membership with a professional body (e.g., RICS) is desirable but not essential.

What you'll be doing;

• Provide direct account management for customers worth over £20k within the portfolio, building strong relationships to enable security and growth of these contracts.

Your new role
Your new job working as a Real Estate Account Executive means you will be working with a team of experienced insurance professionals leading client advocacy as main contacts for significant mid-large corporate accounts, with responsibility for day to day service delivery, delegation and for supporting the leadership of individual teams. You will be responsible for providing the day-to-day service delivery to a mixed portfolio of UK and or European property owner and real estate clients. Your role will be to deliver an enhanced service and added value to clients, maintaining a robust approach to ensure all clients have a service plan and an annual timetable of visits aligned to their needs. Dealing with clients from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing renewal income and actively seek out and generate new revenue opportunities through regular new business activity and by attending networking events. Building and growing a wide network of client and market contacts and serve as a role model and mentor to associates in developing the same. Other duties will include attending insurer review meetings as well as preparing renewal reports and other technical documents. What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as a Real Estate / Property owners Account handler or as an Account Executive, handling Property Owners or Real Estate business will lead to your success.
