• Need strong programming background using either Java or Javascript/Typescript.

Assignment: Night Shift

The finance analyst is responsible for collection, organization, interpretation, analysis, recording, documentation, and dissemination of complex data sets. The candidate will process and reconcile  accounts and general ledger related transactions with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, customer service and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) provides clinical and professional advice and leadership in healthcare science across the health and care system, is head of profession for a workforce of over 56,000 working in healthcare science in the NHS, embracing more than 54 separate scientific specialisms. We are looking for a Senior Scientific Advisor who will work as part of a dynamic team delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff across the OCSO and Medical Directorate, and support the delivery of NHS England’s objectives by providing expertise and professional leadership both to and from the scientific and diagnostic community.

As a senior leader, your role will work closely with the Chief Scientific Officer and Deputy CSO ,offering scientific advice, expertise and leading high profile scientific initiatives across England.

The post holder(s) will be part of a broad leadership team, provide evidence-based advice and guidance to the NHS and wider healthcare and social system inclusive of science in health and science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). The individual will provide Healthcare science advice into the CSO office particularly as we finalise the HCS strategy and supporting the Chief Scientific Officer’s programme team and the whole programme of work. The post holder will lead and advise on work relating to scientific, clinical leadership, diagnostics, accreditation and professional regulation, as well as other work areas as required. Working in collaboration, the post holder will adopt an integrated approach with colleagues across the system, influencing and advising the system to improve quality and outcomes for patients and contribute to the embedding of innovation in healthcare.

Salary: P465 - P520 per Hour

Schedule: Monday and Friday only (4 hours a day)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, for executive level personnel in a virtual setup
• Able to support 2 or more C-Level executives simultaneously.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

What will you do?

• Administrative Support:
• Manage and maintain the CEO's and COO's calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

• Coordinate and manage logistics for meetings, conferences, and events.

• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

• Meeting Coordination:
• Organize and prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for executive meetings.

• Ensure that the CEO and COO are well-prepared for meetings by providing relevant information and documentation.

• Follow up on action items and deadlines from meetings to ensure timely completion.

• Travel Coordination:
• Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas.

• Prepare door to door travel itineraries

• Prepare travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement.

• Project Management:
• Assist with special projects assigned by CEO / COO

• Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making and strategic planning
