SENIOR RETAIL ANALYST | HIGH WYCOMBE
We’re looking for an amazing Senior Retail Analyst to join our Finance team and play a key role in the Finance team overseeing fixed and variable retail costs, maintaining high standards of accounting, reconciliation, reporting, and forecasting.
You’ll partner with department managers, providing robust cost reviews and insight to aid in the business' decision-making.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
· You’ll manage key business costs, deliver financial reports with insightful analysis, and ensure accurate reconciliations, supporting efficient cost control and informed decision-making.
· Be responsible for providing monthly flash forecasts and delivering the annual and quarterly forecast.
· You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders, lead projects or business tenders, and serve as a business partner to Area Managers, providing support to Store Managers.
· Play a key part in our Finance transformation strategy by leveraging your expertise and driving continuous enhancements in financial and business processes
· You’ll be responsible for managing and developing a Graduate Analyst from January 2025.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
· ACCA/CIMA Finalist, qualified or qualified by experience
· Excellent attention to detail, along with strong analytical, numerical, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
· Are technically proficient and keen on stepping into a people management role
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
· Fast learner with a growth mindset, seeking to contribute to process improvement in Finance
