Currently they are seeking a matured male professional candidate to assume the role of executive personal support to their Director within the organization. The position is permanent and will be based at their corporate head office at Mid Valley City in Kuala Lumpur.

Key Job Responsibilities

This role will support a senior Director who hold a number of different portfolio within the organization. As Executive Assistant, you will be exposed to a diverse group of businesses and so you will need to be business savvy and highly adaptable. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high level administrative support to the Director. You will be kept busy with everything from booking dinner reservations, organizing high profile corporate events, diary management and extensive travel and even business presentations. The position is based at Mid Valley City and the role requires some traveling (with overnight stay when required).

Role activities:
