The post-holder will participate in on-call, weekend, late duty and bank holiday rosters. Day-to-day:

The role
As a Senior Civil and Structural Engineer you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll be specialising in life extension of the facilities, through life maintenance and reference design.

Day to day, you'll be responsible for all technical aspects of through life management of the infrastructure across Devonport Royal Dockyard to ensure the wide range of facilities are operational and fit for purpose.

• Undertaking design and analysis of civil structures.
• Undertaking site work and inspections of assets.
• General knowledge of structural behaviour and design intent/function of assets.

Essential experience of the Senior Civil and Structural Engineer:

Riverview is located in the picturesque seaside town of Teignmouth, Devon. Our home offers residential support for eight people who are autistic. We are on a side road within a short walk of the local town and all amenities, right on the coast. The role:
As a Senior BIM and Digital Engineer, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. The Senior BIM and Information Management is a key enabler in support of exciting Major Infrastructure Projects within Devonport. This is an opportunity to excel in a business with huge growth.

Day-to-day:
You'll be modelling authoring, federation, clash management, COBie, IFC and classification delivery. You will be responsible for maintaining a defined and structured set of BIM objects contained within a wider BIM data set.

• Ensuring the Business Unity BIM Standards are applied to the project and following the Delivery Team BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Providing BIM authoring support to the project, using the appropriate technology as prescribed in the Delivery Team BEP. Model authoring - ability to author BIM models to support BIM maturity and supporting activities within design packages as defined in the project responsibility matrix.
• Linking BIM models from other task teams and accessing the latest models from the Common Data Environment (CDE). Supporting the information exchanges within the CDE solution.
• Producing high quality - families, objects that are parametric based and suitable for the native authoring platforms. Supporting model and content management activities to support digital re-use objectives. Essential experience of the Senior BIM and Digital Engineer:

• The senior BIM and Digital engineer should have extensive knowledge in the use of the key authoring platforms outlined in the MIP Exchange Information Requirement (EIR). This includes, Revit, Naviswork, AutoCAD, Inventor, Civils 3d - Must be able to create content in these platforms for the purposes of the project.
• Awareness or experience of Solibri, Synchro, Dynamo, and NBS (specification) is preferable.
• Design and Construction experience background i.e. civil, structural, architectural and MEP or similar.
• Shall have knowledge of ISO 19650 standards
• The post holder must be able to demonstrate relevant knowledge and skills required in the process of BIM throughout the design and construction lifecycle.
