Job Purpose The post holder will deliver high quality comprehensive mental health services. Ensure that all social care packages are reviewed within the relevant timescales and focus on integration within existing community resources where possible. Deliver services using a recovery and strengths approach where the needs of the individual and their carers are held as central and their involvement is proactively encouraged. Deliver care in line with evidence based practice and employ engagement and therapeutic skills that are appropriate to the clinical situation presented. Responsibility for triaging individuals and signposting to the most appropriate services. Provide specialist advice to referrers/other multi-disciplinary staff in relation to the care of individuals. Enable communication and engagement of individuals and their carers to ensure that they have a voice about the services they receive and how these are developed. This may include engagement of advocacy services. Ensure that appropriate action is taken to safeguarding adults and children. Ensuring timely and accurate documentation of all clinical activity in line with professional guidance and best practice. Practice in a way that actively minimises dependency and promotes recovery.

The role



As a Senior CRM System Administrator, you will support the configuration and maintenance of existing and new CRM products to match the evolving needs of the business, support the improvement and efficiency of existing processes and investigate and resolve incidents as they arise.

Main Duties:
Line manage the administration team (2) to ensure administrative tasks are completed as instructed, to deadline and to a high standard.
Ensure the effective operation of administrative processes and procedures, recognising the importance of enquiries or issues and applying the appropriate prioritisation.
Assist in the development and maintenance of specific administrative processes / systems, for example effective record keeping and filing systems.
Liaise and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders including site-based staff and wider central services functions (Finance, HR, Recruitment).
Take a lead role in the recruitment of new employees by providing administrative support to managers, undertaking a range of pre-employment checks, and ensuring recruitment is legal, safe and meets regulatory standards.
Oversee financial and accounting administration - invoices, processing of petty cash, checking transactions and undertaking reconciliation in line with academy financial procedures.
Processing local payroll, ensuring systems are updated in an accurate and timely manner.
Liaise with external stakeholders including parents/carers, local authorities to arrange visits, meetings to support the referrals and admissions process.
Facilitate and co-ordinate the organisation of the new pupil admission and transition process including new starter pack and new pupil orientation.
Work alongside and support the Regional Business Manager with the day-to-day administration queries.

Has some experience of leading teams and is confident taking a lead role in regard to specific processes / pieces of work with appropriate support if required.
At all times will work collaboratively with relevant colleagues to fulfil the requirements of the role and contribute positively to the effective running of the administration function within the school.
Has proven experience in multitasking and who is highly skilled and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel & Word.
Has excellent time management and prioritisation skills in order to manage a varied and busy workload to meet deadlines.
Have experience of overseeing payroll and other human resource / employee relations functions.
Demonstrate flexibility and resilience to respond to the changing needs of those who we support.
Have a strong “can do” attitude.

The service is a purpose-built facility, providing specialist care for adults with acute mental health needs

**To be considered for this position you must hold a Full GMC Registration**

As the Lead Consultant Psychiatrist you key responsibilities include:
• Management of complex cases
• Care plan and treatment formulation, guidance on evidence-based treatment and effectiveness
• Liaison and collaborative working with care co-ordinators, commissioners, families and carers and other services/agencies
• Mental Health Act implementation and liaison with Ministry of Justice (if applicable)
• Multi-disciplinary, multi-agency and partnership working
• To undertake the administrative duties associated with the care of patients including ensuring all NHSE contractual obligations are met and to ensure initial discharge summaries are sent out within 24 hours of discharge
• To maintain professional registration with the General Medical Council and to abide by professional codes of conduct
• To maintain section 12(2) and approved clinician status

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• Experience working in psychiatry within multi-disciplinary teams
• To be in good standing with the Royal College of Psychiatrists
• Be accredited or about to be accredited in Forensic psychiatry with the GMC
• To have had an appraisal/RITA within the last year

More detail about the role: As an Accredited Clinical Coder you will have experience of coding a variety of specialties that occur within an acute NHS organisation. You will have a flexible and adaptable approach to work and strive to create accurate clinically coded data, embracing the national clinical coding standards, rules and conventions, to ensure the Trust data is sufficiently robust. The Clinical Coding Team is responsible for the extraction and translation of inpatient Clinical information using the ICD-10 and OPCS-4 Coding Classifications. This information is essential for the effective management of the Trust and crucial to the National Tariff Payment System that underpins Trust income. Coded data is also important for clinical audit, governance and research. The post-holder will be responsible for the clinical coding of inpatient and day-case episodes across all specialties provided at Royal Devon University Healthcare Hospitals. The post involves liaising with Clinicians and Clinical teams on a regular basis to verify data recorded in the Electronic Patient Record. The post holder will contribute positively towards the development of the novice clinical coders, will act as mentor to and assist in the training of less experienced coders. As a department we can offer staff a comprehensive training and development structure through strong leadership, an in-house training and audit programme with continued professional development for our staff developing existing skills and learning new ones.
