• Monitor performance of the Employment Advisors and keep theEmployment Service Managersupdated on progress and any emerging issues, and work collaboratively to develop solutions
• Produceand presentregulardatareportsfor the servicetomonitorour performance
• Providementoringand coachingtoEmployment Advisors
• Supporta small caseload ofclients to find work, stay in work, or return to work after sick leave
• Provide monthly one to one caseload reviews with Employment Advisorsto problem solve andidentifystrategies to helpsupport clients,guiding them individually in best practice
• Offer support via telephone, video calls(Teams), emails, and face-to-face as needed
• Offervaried and tailoredsupportto individuals, using tools and resources to empower clients to resolve practical employment issues
• Research national and local sources of employmentsupport and guidance, adding to the team’s bank of resources
There will be a requirement to undertake a short formal study programme.
