About the role:
Plan tests, produce test scripts core versions of software applications for sale to external clients. Identify client purchasing requirements and technical specifications through Product Management and/or client representatives. Interact with engineering groups to assist in design changes to equipment and/or software. Train and communicate with clients on systems application.

What you will be doing
Act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems.
Conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes.
Comprehensive understanding of both manual and automated testing methodologies, coupled with the ability to translate client needs into effective test strategies.
Engages with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive quality assurance across the development lifecycle.
Work effectively with all departments (e.g., Dev, DevOps, technical writers, BA) to ensure quality standards are met.
Identifying and mitigating risks associated with testing and product quality.
What you will need:
Proven work experience (6 to 8 years) in Software Quality Assurance Testing and strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes. Familiarity with Agile processes.
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Strong documentation skills for creating test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports ensuring thorough test coverage based on project requirements
Basic SQL and API Tool knowledge (Postman/SOAP)
Ability to organize and plan work independently
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams
Understanding of the Capital Markets/Finance Domain.
Lending Domain knowledge and familiarity with commercial lending products like ACBS/LoanIQ. Working for CLS Product.
Added bonus if you have:

Familiarity with QA testing tools and frameworks, including test management and defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
