What You Will Do:

Guidehouse Product Managers are highly skilled and experienced with Federal Acquisition and Appian Certified. Our Product Managers overseeing the development and maintenance of our Appian-based solutions, ensuring that they meet the needs of our federal clients and comply with all applicable regulations and standards. The Product Manager plays significant role in client delivery, proposal support, new business opportunity identification, knowledge management, and materially influence the successful outcome of specific objectives of the Guidehouse Appian practice growth. 

• Work closely with clients to identify, prioritize, and document business requirements for Appian-based solutions

What You Will Need:

Our finance professionals help our federal clients transform their business processes, improve internal controls, improve efficiency of operations, increase transparency and performance management, and to comply with Federal laws and regulations. We provide technical and coordination support over internal control assessments, corrective action planning, audit liaison support, project management, and technical support in the areas of Internal Control Over Financial Reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Edit high-quality short-form and long-form video projects.
• Capable of editing with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Edit See-N-Say video content with VO and B-roll.
• Edit on-cam interview content into cohesive storytelling short and long-form content.
• Edit marketing, docu-style, multi-cam post, greenscreen, and location-style videos.
• Proficiency in animation and motion graphics creation through After Effects, Motion, and others.
• Ability to mentor junior-level editors.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting common software and hardware issues.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the CoStar Group’s video content team, writers, producers, architectural photographers, and videographers to complete department goals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of editing experience, preferably at an agency, brand, or cable network.
• Mastery of non-linear editing software (Primarily Adobe Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition, but may also include Davinci Resolve and Final Cut Pro)
• Eye for consistent quality and attention to detail following style guides and brand guidelines.

Key Role:

Support the firm’s listening strategy through development and analysis of annual surveys, including employee experience pulse surveys, 360 feedback, rolling life cycle surveys, ad hoc surveys, performance, retention, and attrition. Manage full-cycle survey requests across the firm. As part of Guidehouse’s Application Development & Management practice, Senior consultants are instrumental cross-functional members of digital solutions / SDLC implementations. This role provides electrical maintenance support for the ES/EVO facility and the site electrical systems.  Utilizes electrical technical expertise to support the teams maintaining and repairing the electrical equipment in the facility and across the site.  Works closely with technicians, Maintenance and Reliability Engineers, and Run Plant staff to ensure safe and reliable operation and maintenance of the electrical equipment.

This role requires significant technical knowledge in a broad range of electrical systems, including high voltage power generation and distribution.  Assists in planning and prioritizing maintenance through planner, work coordinator and operations input.  Completes hands on field repairs, commissioning, and installation of electrical equipment when required.  This role acts as a mentor for team members with less experience.

• Enables the technicians who manage or perform work in the field with the electrical expertise, tools and information needed to perform their job effectively and efficiently.
• Complete complex problem solving, equipment troubleshooting and failure analysis for electrical equipment.

As a DevOps engineer, you know how to set up cloud environments and provision computer networking, storage, and virtual networks—ultimately, how to “harness the cloud.” We’re looking for a seasoned DevOps infrastructure engineer like you to support our clients as they modernize their IT infrastructures and meet their most challenging missions.

As a lead DevOps infrastructure engineer at Booz Allen, you’ll oversee a team of cloud architects and engineers as they manage server configuration for modern cloud solutions. You Have:

• 8+ years of experience in the development of tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity by automating builds, regression testing, monitoring, and pushing releases across environments

• 8+ years of experience with troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues related to CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness

• 5+ years of experience with commercial Cloud service providers, including Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure, containers, serverless architecture, micro-services, Web services, and RESTful API design

• Experience with deploying active AWS or Azure services using Infrastructure-as-Code technologies, including CloudFormation or Terraform

• Experience with provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of software and infrastructure-as-code in a DevOps and continuous delivery environment using automated deployment and testing frameworks

• Experience with deploying CI/CD solutions to Cloud-based environments supporting a continuous integration and development and continuous delivery and release workflow

• Experience with developing API solutions using Infrastructure-as-Code and Cloud-oriented strategies

• Experience working within an Agile and version-controlled environment

• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

• Bachelor’s degree

• Experience with development languages to build, troubleshoot, and deploy CI/CD artifacts to production environments

• Experience with multiple CI/CD and Agile Development tools, including GitLab, Atlassian, and Jenkins

How You’ll Contribute: 

• Serve as the primary administrator for AP technologies such as Concur, Ivalua, and Oversight. 
• Support system configurations, enhancements, and upgrades, working closely with IT and vendors.  
• Monitor AP technologies compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. 
• Develop intelligence reports for respective AP systems and teams. 
• Participate in projects to automate AP processes and reporting.

Responsibilities

The candidate will work closely with Acuity leadership, information technology and program stakeholders, and Acuity clients to securely manage US cloud-based production platforms in support of a range of missions and business services. The role includes day-to-day management and operation of Acuity Salesforce and Azure cloud platforms, including off-hours, on-call, and weekend work as required.

• Actively participate in cross-functional teams to define and continuously refine operational practices for Acuity cloud platform and architecture
• Build, operate, and manage Acuity secure cloud platforms using approved architectures
• Apply production operations and cybersecurity practices in alignment with Acuity business objectives
• Ensure the integrity and secure operation of Acuity identity management, administration, security, and business-supporting cloud systems
• Support secure customer single- and multi-tenant applications and programs at the FedRAMP High baseline of operations.
• Support cloud platform applications in coordination with site reliability engineering and DevOps release management in a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) model.

Qualifications: 

Knowledge

• In-depth knowledge of modern IT and IT security technologies and infrastructures, including server virtualization, containerization, software-defined networks, zero trust architectures, and integrated telephony
• In-depth understanding of public and US Government cloud platforms (Azure, Salesforce, AWS)
• Experience with highly available software-as-a-service (SaaS) delivery models and service level agreements
• Solid understanding of business management processes, including employing information security risk management and cybersecurity technologies

Education/Experience

• Minimum of eight years of experience in information technology engineering, production operations, and architecture
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or comparable professional experience
• Demonstrated leadership within a small, highly focused team to achieve business goals
• Experience in leading within a fast-paced, complex organization
