Job Scope

1) Participate in the preparation and review of MEPF engineering project plans.

2) Review and submit MEP-related technical documents, such as RFI's and shop drawing distribution.

3) Coordinate with MEP subcontractors for submission of construction proposals, detailed drawings and samples.

4) Assist in document submission and on-site inspections to ensure the project progresses as planned.

5) Monitor MEP project progress, oversee timelines and research the application of EOT (Extension of Time).

Requirements:

1) Education: Bachelors degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.

2) Experience: at least 2 years of relevant experience in MEP projects with the ability to independently handle tasks in the MEP field.

3) Skills: Familiarity with MEP construction proposals and RFI approval processes with the ability to review MEP-related shop drawings and subcontractor proposals.

4) Software skills: Proficiency in Office, AutoCAD and ACONEX engineering management software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily cash report
• Check In daily local deliveries to stock system (Auto Count)
• Answer incoming telephone calls
• Check daily emails, inform respective personnels and reply emails efficiently.
• Prepare sales quotations
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by superiors

Requirements 

• SPM, STPM, Diploma certification. 
• Min 2 years of work experience.
• Fluent in Chinese, English and Malay.
• Able to complete administrative tasks with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skill.  
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
