Job Brief:

Be the HR business partner in managing the industrial & employee relations related to the human resources

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop employee and industrial relations frame work and tactical approaches to drive proactive employee and industrial relation practices
• Establish communication channels and ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of communication channel company wide
• Enforce disciplinary policy and action with legislation
• To assist the investigation of misconduct reported and resolve grievances addressed by employees

Job Requirements:

• Qualification : Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Business Management (or other relevant fields)
• Experience : Preferable 1 year HR-related experience, with good track records in recruiting engineering specialization and being a trainer / public speaker
• Skill : Knowledge in employment laws (Employment Act 1955 & Industrial Relation Act 1967) and experience in handling HR related disputes, Microsoft Office, Good consultancy skills
• Language : Be effectively bilingual in English and Malay with superior communication and customer service skills

Job Requirements :

• Qualification : Process a Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent qualification
• Experience : Minimum 2 year of working experience in Purchasing Control function or similar role within the MNC

Job Description:

• In charge for new machine start-up from installation/modification to documentation.
• Conduct machine performance monitoring, breakdown analysis and carry-out improvement activity.
• Isolate machine breakdown report/verify machine breakdown report issued by STL/TL.
• Perform PM, house-keeping and calibration on the machine.
• Initiate troubleshooting and repair of major systems breakdown.
• Work on the development and improvement of machines/equipment/tools/system.
• Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving productions rates efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers.
• Implement PDCA cycle in all activity done and complete any other tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic),Engineering (Mechanical),Engineering (Mechatronic / Electromechanical) or related technical degree.
• Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience in field of Electrical and Automation in manufacturing. Has exposure to TPM, preventive maintenance planning and/or maintenance execution.
• Possess analytical thinking and strong technical skills, Proficient in Design/Drafting Tools (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) anf Skilled in PLC & HMI programing, PLC hardwiring of following PLC (Keyence, Mitsubishi etc)
• Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written. Japanese communication skills is advantage.
