What you will do in the role…
You will have an exciting opportunity to work within the central Facilities department delivering operational support for premises across the estate’s portfolio,
The role will include back-office administration for planned and reactive maintenance, building compliance and other facilities related tasks.
You'll have a real impact on the business by supporting with facilities related projects relating to the improvement and growth.

Skills and Experience
Essential
- General office experience
- General administration tasks, good knowledge of word and excel.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Ability to work productively as part of a team and individually
- Experience dealing with third party suppliers or contractors
Desirable
- General building knowledge
- Health and Safety knowledge
- Working within an FM department

- Ability to drive with access to transportation
- Ability to work remotely where necessary
