We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Executive to join our procurement team at our oil palm company based overseas (Papua New Guinea). The Purchasing Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services essential to our operations while ensuring cost efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.
  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, service, and delivery capabilities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, pricing, and product availability to make informed purchasing decisions.

As a Program Support Assistant GS-0303-7/8/9, your typical work assignments may include the following under supervision:

• Performs management and program support work such as planning, budgeting, research, analysis, correspondence control, communication, and/or liaison.

The Physician Assistant is a professional with advanced clinical knowledge and competence to function in a variety of roles. The Medical Support Assistant (MSA) position works in Health Administration Service at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center, Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS), New Orleans, Louisiana. The MSA performs duties related to the receipt, intake, and indexing of health and administrative information.

Duties of this position may include but are not limited to:

• Scheduling appointments;
• Interpreting and verifying provider orders in accordance with VHA national scheduling guidelines.
• Scheduling, canceling, rescheduling patient's appointments and/or consults;
• Entering no-show information;
• Monitoring the electronic wait list;
• Preparing for clinic visits;
• Monitoring both inpatient and outpatient appointments for areas of responsibility;
