We are looking to recruit an experienced Band 4 Multi-Therapist to join the Care Home Support Team for 1 year fixed term. This role will support the Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists of the Postural Management Team (PMT) to residents in nursing and residential care homes. You will join us as a Nursery Assistant (unqualified) at our Green Park Day Nursery in Reading on a full-time basis (40 hours a week) and will work a variety of shifts between the hours of 07.30-18.30, Monday-Friday, all-year-round.

This role includes Key Person responsibilities. We are therefore seeking someone with recent experience of caring for children aged five and under, ideally in an early years setting.
