Retail Asset Solutions are looking to take on Retail Stock Count Assistants to join our already existing minibus teams. Typical working week will consist of 3-4 x 8-12hr shifts.

The Role

• We are looking for Retail stock counters to add to our already successful team.
• Work will be carried out on different Retail customer sites and stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis. All travel is provided on the minibus.
• You will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
• Being able to stand for prolonged periods of time is needed for the role and access equipment may have to be used on occasion to reach high stock
• Typical working week will consist of 3-4 x 8-12hr shifts

Key Skills/ Experience Required

• Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to work unsociable hours including early mornings and during the night when required. As a result, we can only accept applicants 18 years and over
• You must have a 'can do' attitude and be able to work long shifts where required on large counts.
• With our innovative business, the technology changes and therefore being a quick learner is a key skill required.
• Any experience of handling stock is an advantage but not a necessity.

We are currently looking for a motivated, professional, and flexible individual able to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday day shifts, within a small stock count team, counting our Pharmacy Clients.

In this role, you are required to accurately count stock for Retail & Asset Solutions in various high street Pharmacies, this role is extremely important to ensure pharmacies are fully stocked with the medication required for local Doctors and Hospitals.

Please note all training is provided upon your first shift.

Previous stock, audit or retail experience is advantageous but not essential.

A leading specialist equipment manufacturer require an experienced Stock Controller/Stores Person for their production facility. The primary focus for the role is to ensure a high level of inventory control both internally and throughout the company supply chain, to provide constant flow of components to manufacturing and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Entering details of all goods received onto the ERP system ensuring the items received match the purchase order, identifying and reporting discrepancies.
• Control of all stock parts from time of receipt through to distribution to stock, kits and works orders.

• Picking kits of parts for manufacturing technicians
• Issue stock using ERP software.
• Perform stock checks as necessary to ensure stock counts match the ERP system.

• Manual and mechanical handling of goods.
• General stores housekeeping and ensure the stores area is clean & tidy.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous Stock Control and Stores/Warehouse experience

To be an active part of the Pharmacy Homecare team providing financial and administrative services to the department. To assist and support the pharmacy homecare clerks with invoice reconciliation of Homecare invoices. To ensure that all invoices and credits are consistent with goods received or returned on the pharmacy computer system and resolve discrepancies when appropriate with regards to contract prices. Utilising pharmacy computer system effectively to pass invoices and find historical information. To open mail and match invoices and credit notes to relevant purchase orders/prescriptions. To ensure that homecare documentation is filed correctly and is kept up-to-date and accurately to allow swift and easy retrieval of records. To liaise with the Homecare technical team regarding discrepancies with invoices such as quantities received and value charged. To alert the Homecare Technical team of discrepancies between expected price and actual price. Record information accurately for audit purposes. Address supplier and customer queries by telephone and electronically, with good communication and interpersonal skills. To participate in Homecare and Procurement Team meetings to identify and resolve problems and suggest potential improvements as appropriate. To support new starters within the Pharmacy Homecare Team. Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times, for example concerning issues of business sensitivity, personal information and patient confidentiality.

The Role Magdalen College School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and versatile Teaching Assistant for the Junior School to start as soon as possible. The successful candidate will enjoy a varied daily routine as part of a close team in the Junior School. This is a full-time permanent position, term-time only with one week for INSET (35 weeks in total); with the standard working hours from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and an hour for lunch. The salary is £34,726 per annum, pro-rated salary will be £27,113 per annum. Non-teaching staff are automatically enrolled in the school’s contributory Group Pension Scheme. This is a defined contribution pension scheme into which the employee contributes 5% of gross salary and the employer contributes 10%. School fee remission is available for permanent staff sons and Sixth Form daughters who pass the entrance tests for the school, and is currently 50% pro rata subject to a minimum FTE of 50%. In addition, 20% fee remission pro rata is available for MCS staff who have daughters attending Headington Rye, subject to a minimum of 50% FTE. Teaching Assistant Essential:

● Ability to relate well to children and adults

● Level 2 (GCSE or equivalent) in mathematics and English, or suitable equivalent experience

● Understanding of child development and learning

● Willingness and ability to undertake physical management of pupils, following appropriate training

● Willingness to undertake First Aid training and to attend to the medical, first aid and personal needs of pupils.
