The Lead MSA monitors and makes work assignments, provides input on performance, resolves daily workplace issues and maintains efficient workflow. The HT Program Support Assistant performs a variety of clerical and administrative support duties for the HT Program and performs office data support using multiple automated programs and software such as SharePoint, databases, spreadsheets, word documents and graphics in support of the clerical and administrative work.

• Handle and collate data for patients enrolled in the Home Telehealth(HT )Program.
