Key responsibilities:

• To assist the housing management function and housing officers within the department with recognised duties - including but not limited to; pre allocation support, tenant engagement, provision of advice and information, tenancy sustainment, rent management and recharges.
• To assist the team in tenant engagement activity including but not limited to surveys, light touch consultations, support in managing any statistical information and research tools are required.
• Assisting tenants at risk of recovery action to avoid homelessness through one to one advice, information and assistance.
• To assist with the management of system audits and processes within Housing Management including the provision of reports.
• To assist with the management of pre allocation support for applicants, and post tenancy support for new tenants through the provision of advice, information and assistance.
• To provide assistance in the allocation of properties and management of the Highland Housing Register.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Assists physical therapist in treatment of patients by implementing an established treatment plan, progressing patient through the therapeutic plan, communicating with internal and external contacts regarding treatment, and documenting treatments, all under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.

3. Maintains verbal, electronic and written communication with treatment team, including supervising PT for purposes of goal setting, active problem-solving, treatment and discharge planning. Communicates observations of patient’s conditions and reactions to treatment.

4. Participates in non-patient care activities including educational events, community outreach, marketing, cost containment, student supervision, staff orientation, program development, CQI. Attends staff meetings. Maintains and improves competence through self-study, attending in-services and continuing education programs. Assists in determining equipment and supply needs. Is responsible for monthly meetings with mentoring PT to discuss case studies for professional development in order to meet licensure requirements for supervision. Will provide documentation of meetings according to department compliance guidelines.

The Purpose of Your Role

As an Office Assistant, you would support our Account Services department by handling clerical and phone work. The position is Monday – Friday and starts at $15.50/hr.

Initial training will be conducted onsite and will transition to hybrid work. For this reason, candidates should be local to the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area.

The Value You Bring

You would be a primary point of contact via phone and email for the clients, shippers, and freight brokers that we maintain long-term business relationships with. When we bring on new accounts, or when those accounts change, our support staff provide customer service and administrative support to ensure the details of those exchanges are handled in the best possible way.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Communicate with clients, shippers, and brokers in a professional manner via email and phone.

• Proactively let clients and team members know of potential issues that may affect payment.

• Verify account information.

• Assist new accounts with portal setup, training, and payment setup.

What Experience and Skills You Need

• High School Diploma

• Familiar with MS Office Suite

• Telephone Etiquette

What Experience is Preferred

• Office environment, customer service, or transportation industry experience.

• Some college or equivalent professional experience.
