Major Duties:

Physician Assistant - Liver Transplant/Hepatobiliary Surgery Transplant –Inpatient - Nights - Cornell Campus

Our Physician Assistants practice as a cohesive team to ensure the care and caring of our patients and their families. The focus of our team is to provide outstanding care to the liver transplant and hepatobiliary surgical patients. The PA follows those patients who have undergone a liver transplant or have had hepatobiliary surgery closely and takes ownership of their care. The transplant PA runs the service in conjunction with the above disciplines and becomes an expert in management of liver transplant patients. The service is an excellent combination of medicine and surgery, which is unique for the inpatient setting.

This position will work three 12.5hour NIGHT shift per week with flexibility to rotate to day shift.

Physician Assistant – Cardiac Surgery, Operating Room - Columbia Campus

Step into a high-achieving hospital, where premier clinicians deliver personalized care. Join our team as a full-time Cardiothoracic Surgery PA, and be a part of Making It Possible. As one of the world's leading heart centers, we are at the cutting edge of new therapies. Every day, we are meeting the needs of patients with extraordinarily diverse problems, performing over 1500 complex cardiac procedures each year including hybrid, minimally invasive and robotic procedures.

In this role, your responsibilities will primarily consist of endoscopic conduit harvest and 1st/2nd assisting in the OR for Cardiothoracic Surgery.

This role requires 4 ten hour shifts per week, rotating between day and evening shifts.  There will be weekend and holiday on call coverage.

Preferred Criteria

• At least 1 year of experience in surgery as well as endoscopic conduit harvesting experience

Required Criteria

• Bachelor's or Master's in Physician Assistant studies

• NYS licensure

• NCCPA certification

Physician Assistant - OB /GYN - Nights - Cornell Campus

We are seeking highly motivated, well-trained Physician Assistants to join our growing OB team as we expand into the future with our brand new, state of the art Alexandra Cohen Hospital for Women and Newborns.

Join our renowned Labor and Delivery service managing labor & delivery, post-partum, and antepartum patients. In this role, you will admit patients to labor & delivery and antepartum services as needed, function as an integral member of the OB team and assist with labor floor/postpartum emergencies and cesarean sections. You will have the ability to first assist in the operating room.

This position will work 3 12.5 hour shifts

Preferred Criteria

• Ideal candidates for this role have at least one year of experience in OB or GYN

• Current NYS licensure
• NCCPA certification
