The job:

Reception Teaching Assistant – Term Time Only

We are seeking a Reception Teaching Assistant to join the Early Years team in our innovative and technology rich reception classes in Exeter. We are looking for someone with relevant experience of working with young children, who is enthusiastic about supporting and educating reception aged children.

We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our growing team at the Devon Out of Hours (OOH) service on a Part Time Permanent basis. The Devon OOH service provides advice, information and treatment for NHS patients who become unwell during the out-of-hours period when their own GP surgery is closed. Within this job you'll be responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in the running of Practice Plus Groups services throughout Devon OOH but specifically in our Exeter sites. You will ensure the delivery of a high quality service for Practice Plus Group patients by utilising resources whilst helping with monitoring and evaluating the performance of operational staff by conducting regular audits. Assisting with the recruitment, selection and training of new operational staff and providing the Operations Manager with reports when needed. This job is a Permanent Part Time position and we are looking for someone to work Approximately 18hours a week As we we are an OOH service you will be required to work unsociable hours.

The Job

• Working as part of a team providing excellent customer service wherever there is interaction with one of our customers
• Using specialist equipment such as the sawmill, paint mixers and forklifts
• We sell building materials, so there will be an element of manual handling, we can make reasonable adjustments if you need them
• Merchandising stock displays and replenishing shelves across the branch
• The contracted hours for this role are 37 or more
