The post holder is responsible for ensuring immediate care to critically ill children and their families, and will work primarily within the Paediatric Critical Care Clinical Specialist Unit, namely the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), the Paediatric High Dependency Unit (PHDU), and the North West and North Wales Transport Service (NWTS). The post holder will assess, plan, implement and evaluate the care for these patients supporting and guiding junior staff in the process. S/he will provide direct patient care and have detailed clinical knowledge of the specialist areas. The post holder will assist the senior Sister/Charge Nurse in ensuring that high standards of quality of care are delivered and maintained. The post holder will act as a positive role model within the department for staff, patients and families. The post holder will deputise for the senior sister/ charge nurse as required and along with the Critical Care Registrar act as a first responder bleep holder in clinical emergency calls within RMCH. The post holder will support evidenced based care within the clinical teams. A bit about Timetabling & Examinations

The Timetabling & Examinations team is a busy team whose core focus and responsibility is the management and delivery of the academic timetable and the arrangement and co-ordination of examinations for the University.

Alongside business as usual and project activity, supporting key elements of the Education and Employability Strategy, we are about to embark on a critical transition to a new timetabling system over the next 12-18 months, a significant challenge but one which provides the opportunity to further enhance the timetable product and the offer to our staff and students.

So, what will the role involve?

Reporting to a Timetabling Officer in a fast-paced working environment with day-to-day administrative duties including dealing with student enquiries, maintaining the team and designated inboxes and being the first point of contact for all room bookings enquiries and requests. You will support the Timetabling Officer and the wider team in the creation and maintenance of the academic timetables from initial planning stage through to release.

Timetabling Assistants perform a critical role in underpinning the team’s delivery of the academic timetables and are key members of the team with direct contact with students and academic staff.

You will mainly be working with the Salford Business School, creating the student timetables. We work closely with academic staff to build the best possible timetabling experience for both students and staff and it is important to have the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues.

We are looking for somebody who has excellent organisational skills, with a track record in delivering customer/student-facing services. It is essential that you can demonstrate attention to detail and have the ability to handle large volumes of student and programme data with a high degree of accuracy. This opportunity would suit candidates who have experience in an administrative role preferably in the education sector and are looking to gain experience and develop a career in academic administration/timetabling.

This is a very exciting time to be a part of the Timetabling Team at the University of Salford and you will be able to assist in shaping the future of student and staff timetables with the implementation of the new timetable system and the opportunities that brings.

Your new company
Since the return from half-term, Hays Education has been inundated with Teaching Assistant roles to start immediately in primary schools across Wigan.
These roles are on a temporary and long-term basis, with the potential for these roles to be permanent for the right candidate. These schools are mainstream schools, and they do have some SEN needs within their classes. This is across both KS1 and KS2.
These schools are looking for someone to provide general support in the classroom, as well as being supported by a dedicated team of staff and the class teacher.

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing support and assistance to different classroom teachers with the delivery of curriculum, as well as supporting the pupils in both group and 1:1 settings across the KS1 and KS2 year groups. You will be required to hold interventions for maths, reading, writing and phonics, so it would be beneficial if you have experience with these. Some of these schools will include SEN pupils, so any experience here would be beneficial. We will always strive to meet your requirements and assign you to the particular year group of your choice.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing this position, you must have recent experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting. As a Christmas Sales Assistant your role is to spread some holiday cheer and help us deliver the Perfect Service for our customers. Becoming part of our dedicated store team, you’re customer focused, can handle the festive rush and enjoy working as part of a team.

Pay Rate: £8.10 - £12.00

• Welcome customers with a smile and craft a VIP-worthy experience.
• Offer our exclusive loyalty card to customers to maximise their future offers and potential savings.
• Showcase your gift-wrapping ability and personalise presents with ribbons.
• Take payments and process transactions quickly.

The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and technical skills. You will have the ability to effectively support learning and teaching, and to develop relationships across our school and the Star community.

You will have:

• Level 3 qualification (NVQ level 3 or A level).
• Experience of working with children in a primary school or other setting.
• Experience of supporting children with special educational needs and/or Disabilities (SEND).
• The ability to maintain positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff.
• The ability to work effectively within a team.

We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to support the conveyancing team. Working full time hours Monday to Friday 35 hours per week. Paying £24,000- £26,000 depending on experience.

What will you be doing as a Conveyancing Assistant?

• You will be supporting the conveyancing team
• Managing a busy workload
• Being the first point of contact for visitors
• Answering the phone and taking accurate messages
• Assisting with the production and editing of confidential documents, letters and correspondence.
• Audio dictation
• Updating the in house CRM system
• Working to deadlines and timeframes
• Opening and closing files
• General office admin support
• Putting together bundles and court documents

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

• You may have experience working across the legal field, in particular conveyancing and looking for a new role.
• We are open to hear from experienced typists, secretaries, receptionists and administrators, who are looking for a new opportunity.
• You will be experienced as either an audio or digital typist, with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work as part of a team and willingness to learn and develop.
