We are looking for a HR and OD Professional to join our HR Business Partnering team to play a key role in providing a quality HROD service to the organisation. Alongside providing effective support to the HR Business Partners, this role will focus on wellbeing. Reviewing and analysing absence statistics to identify trends and potential interventions, implementing the identified interventions and analysing their effectiveness are some of the key things this post will be involved in.
If you hold CIPD Level 3 or equivalent in HR, have an interest in wellbeing, an up to date knowledge of employment law, project management experience and good analytical and problem solving skills then we would love to hear from you.
This is a permanent 35hr post and the base for the post is negotiable within Argyll and Bute. Remote/Hybrid options will be considered for this post and we will do our best to find the right fit for the successful applicant, although some presence in the office (and wider Argyll and Bute area, from time to time) may be required. Interviews will be held in person at our Headquarters in Lochgilphead.
