Job role for Export and Operations assistant:
* Managing export orders and transport changes within the system. Notifying
customer of costs, procedures and updating them with the progress of their
goods
* Meetings with the Purchasing & Sales to discuss any out-of-stock items and
ETA for products to help manage the Sales Order Screen/ Availability.
* Dealing with all export paperwork; invoices, certificate of Origins paperwork, T1,
ISF etc

* Customers are aware of the status of their shipments and kept updated of the

As a Care Assistant under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, taking responsibility for the physical and emotional well being and social needs of our residents. Assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals.

It’s about making sure our residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality as you get involved in general activities within the care home. And, whether you’re helping someone with limited mobility to learn to use an aid, offering emotional support to a confused or distressed resident or delivering care to someone at the end of their life, you’ll always have their well-being in mind above anything else.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and therefore it is important that you are able to recognise the signs which may indicate possible abuse, harm or neglect in its different forms and know what to do if there are any concerns. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in associated areas. You also have the ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.

1. Responsible for inputting accurate and timely patient and specimen data on to Trust computerised systems. 2. Responsible for the safe disposal of contaminated materials, including sharps and confidential waste. 3. Undertake first point of contact for all telephone and face-to-face enquiries dealing in a professional manner.4. Responsible for the sorting and identifying of specimens received, identifying and taking appropriate action in the event of any discrepancies. 5. Undertake preparation of samples for testing by laboratory staff and provide support with basic laboratory tasks as required by supervisor. 6. Responsible for the dispatching and posting of samples to authorised persons and outside laboratories ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations. 7.
