Our superb client in the Property Damage Restoration sector is seeking a number of Trainee Restoration Technicians owing to business growth. Working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm covering London and the South of the UK. This role will involve supervising all aspects of Green Estate delivery including cyclical and reactive arboriculture and horticultural maintenance. This is a training position post holder will undertake training at Kings College London alongside working in service for Haringey CAMHS. They will be taught to deliver evidence based guided self-help interventions for children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties. The post holder will use their newly developed skills to support children and young people who are referred into the service and trainees will receive supervision to support their professional development.

My client is recruiting for Trainee Field Technicians who will be covering the North London area.
The successful candidate will be trained to find water leaks on the underground water networks.
This role is working Nights - 40 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
This is a temporary to permanent role for the right candidate.

Trainee Field Technician responsibilities:
• To assist in detailed surveys to identify the type and location of water leakage
• Assist repair gangs by providing leak detection services
• Assist in survey work/project work not normally associated with day-to-day leak detection
• To assist in adequate and accurate completion of all paperwork (including time sheets, survey forms, leak details and other duties as required
• Possess basic computer skills as you will be uploading data onto a laptop
• It is essential that you hold a full and valid driving licence as you are required to drive for the role
Full training will be given on the following:
• EUSR Water Hygiene Training
• Unit 2 Street Works
This Trainee Field Technician role would suit candidates with the following:
• Graduates

• Drivers / Driving (Multi Drop, Meter Readers, Delivery Drivers)
• People with a manual working/outdoor background

The Vacancy

Lewisham College require a dedicated, enthusiastic and qualified person to take on the role of Lecturer in Carpentry/ Multiskills.



The main responsibilities of this role include the delivery and assessment of high quality learning programmes in Construction, across a range of levels of further education and, apprenticeship provision, as well as undertaking a range of programme leadership, tutorial and programme administration duties.



This post requires a strong background in Carpentry & Multitrades and the candidate must have proven track record of professional / vocational expertise in the Construction sector.



The candidate must be qualified to the industry-recognised standard in a relevant field, hold a post-16 teaching qualification and English and maths qualifications at level 2, or be willing to achieve these within an agreed timeframe. It is desirable that the candidate has experience of effective programme leadership in FE and / or Apprenticeships and has a proven track record of successful teaching and assessment practice.



An ability to self-manage workload, meet deadlines alongside strong oral and written communication skills and good IT skills are also essential. The hours of work may include evening and weekends according to demand. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a well-motivated, cohesive and successful team.
