Key Responsibilities for a Technical Trainee:

1. Assist in machine installation, upgrades, and related activities.

2. Assist in machine performance monitoring during trial operations to ensure proper functionality.

3. Team up with Senior Engineer to identify and report irregularities, such as unusual noises or performance issues.

4. Assist in diagnose and troubleshoot machine faults under supervision.

5. Report production metrics and machine issues to the supervisor.

6. Maintain logs of machine performance, issue, and repair activities.

7. Follow all workplace safety protocols accordingly.

• Receive training in the principles, concepts, work processes, and regulations of one or more functional areas of Accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls and field visits to collect timely and reliable data (target respondent: corporate company/establishment)
• Compile, record, input survey returns and data accurately into the system
• Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
• Establish and maintain relationship with respondents throughout the project period
• Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
• Provide status report to the supervisor

Requirements:

• At least 1 - 2 years experience in administrative & customer service
• Prior experience in call center environment will be beneficial
• Able to work in a fast paced environment & achieved assigned targets/KPIs
• Well spoken and good verbal/written communication skills
