This role is within the Print Category team, this team is split into HPS (Home Printing Solutions) and OPS (Office Printing Solutions) which comprise of both LaserJet and Ink Hardware. The role also involves work with the Supplies team. The core responsibility is to support the print category managers on the day to day execution of the HP printing systems strategy and plan for all routes to market, including business analysis & reporting, promotions, incentives, customer & partner events.

Team Structure: The printing category team comprises of a UK&I Print Category Lead who the category managers covering LaserJet & Ink hardware report to. In the Supplies Category there are 3 category managers who report to the COE (Centre of Excellence).

The Print Category Support Specialist works across all print categories and supports all routes to market.

• Buy & Try Program

• Trade in Promotion

• Best Buys Promotion

Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Reporting & Analysis

• OPG/Supplies Claims Tracker

• Weekly and Monthly OPG Rebate Tracker (HPS)

• Weekly OPS Availability Reporting

• WOS Reporting (End of Week)

• SIT file processing and re-distribution

• Manage & distribute monthly pricelist and road map file - including new product updates and removing EOL products

• Cashback redemption tracking for supplies

• Partner Web Analysis – checking promotion implementation by online partners (hardware and supplies)

• Adhoc reporting – support requests from category and other areas of the business

• Supplies file for Richard Bee for Viking (quarterly/annually).

• CISS Tracker (Continuous Ink Supplying System)

• Accelerate Report – Monthly report for Sodexo agency

• C-SKU Check – checking for the presence of contractual SKUs in distribution

• MRSP – distributing MRSP and Supplies Price lists

• SIT file – Supplies Information Tool – Manage the file and process to distribute to internal contacts

• Compounds, stocks, repackages and batches from bulk medications. Prepares routine patient orders for IV pharmaceuticals including compounding, preparation, and labeling of any IV admixture including antibiotics, solutions, irrigations, narcotics, parenteral nutrition, and chemotherapy.
• Maintains competence required for current position and has ability to perform all technician duties to assist in training of new employees and students.
• Contributes to the effective operation of the department through all activities including computer functions, process cart fill lists, pick lists, refill medications, generation of labels, and answers phones appropriately. Maintains a clean and orderly work environment.
• Participates in continuous performance improvement and regulatory compliance efforts. Takes responsibility for quality improvement efforts and then monitors processes and results.

Position Summary:                                            

Assigned a mentor who will direct their summer work experience. Work assignments will be commensurate with the student's academic background to take advantage of their technical expertise and provide real life application of their classroom knowledge. At the same time, opportunities will be provided for students to expand their knowledge outside the boundaries of their classroom experiences.  Typical roles our Mold Repair interns experience will include Mold Repair Technicians and Department Mold Technicians with exposure to mold maintenance and repair, and setting/pulling molds in production.  Ensures compliance with BD quality systems, policies, procedures, and best practices, and all local, state, federal and BD safety regulations, policies, and procedures.  Regular, punctual attendance is an essential job function.  Ability to read, write and converse in English.  Willing and able to uphold BD Values.

Duties/Responsibilities:     

• Provide support in a fast paced, high volume manufacturing environment

• Troubleshooting/Root Cause analysis

• Work with a mentor on assignments which are commensurate with academic background

• Apply classroom knowledge to real life applications while using technical expertise

Education:

• HS Diploma/GED - Required

• Currently pursuing an AS Degree in Machining Technology, Mold Making, or other related technical degree - Required

• Possess or currently pursuing a degree in Machining Technology, Mold Making, or other related technical degree

• Available to work a minimum of eight continuous weeks

• Must be willing to work in any of our Columbus manufacturing locations

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Basic machining skills (Mills, Lathes, Grinders)

• Be able to read micrometers, calipers, and indicators

• Be able to read and understand technical drawings

• Basic understanding of molding, mold design, material flow and mold steels and their applications

Duties/Responsibilities:     

• Provide support in a fast paced, high volume manufacturing environment

• Troubleshooting/Root Cause analysis

• Work with a mentor on assignments which are commensurate with academic background

• Work with a mentor on assignments outside of classroom curriculum to gain experience

• Apply classroom knowledge to real life applications while using technical expertise

• Other duties as required to support the needs of the business

Education:

• HS Diploma/GED - Required

• Currently pursuing an AS Degree in Machining Technology, Mold Making, or other related technical degree - Required

Experience:          

• 18 years of age or older

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Possess or currently pursuing a degree in Machining Technology, Mold Making, or other related technical degree

• Available to work a minimum of eight continuous weeks

• Must be willing to work in any of our Columbus manufacturing locations

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Basic machining skills (Mills, Lathes, Grinders)

• Be able to read micrometers, calipers, and indicators

• Be able to read and understand technical drawings

• Basic understanding of molding, mold design, material flow and mold steels and their applications

Eligible shift differentials:

o   Evening differential: $2/hour (14:30 - 22:59)

o   Night differential: $2.30/hour (22:30 - 08:30)

o   Weekend differential (Friday @ 23:00 – Sunday @ 23:00): - $1/hour

o   Holiday Differential: 1.5x base rate of pay

o   Long Term Assignment: $5/hour (assignments 6 weeks or longer) *The LTA differential only applies to employees under Commitment Level 1*

What you will do :

• To assist Treasury Manager in re-organizing all Investor reporting related working files to make it easier to read and use by all team/stakeholders
• To assist Treasury Manager in drafting all Investor reporting related process flow and framework in Confluence Page
• To assist Treasury Manager in work on automation of quarterly/monthly reporting by partnering with Data Team and Cascade
• To summarize top 10 questions/requests from external Investor as well as internal stakeholders and due diligence and help to prepare standardized answer / format for the top questions/requests
