The Role and the Department

The International Office is responsible for:

• The recruitment of international students to all areas of the university to meet institutional targets
• Supporting and managing the development of international partnerships to raise the University's global profile and to support academic colleagues in developing international links and collaborations
• Managing the university's student mobility programmes to meet the University's strategic objectives and in particular to widen access to global opportunities.

As a member of the Global Opportunities Team, this role supports the delivery of the University's Global Strategy and achievement of relevant key performance indicators through the development, promotion and efficient administration of international student mobility programmes (incl Turing).The International Coordinator is part of a small and busy team delivering the University's international exchange and study abroad objectives. Their specific responsibilities will be to support the administration of outgoing student exchanges with partner universities including the payment of Turing grants to eligible students and support for the development of key University partnerships. In addition, it is expected that the postholder will retain responsibility for supporting the wider range of activities in which the team is involved including work in support of our incoming fee-paying study abroad programme, as required.

The International Office currently operates on a hybrid working basis.

JOB SUMMARY
The Audit Supervisor is the Lead Auditor on Internal Audit assignments and is responsible for the effective delivery of high-quality audit assignments to fieldwork complete and draft report stage, within the required timescale. The post holder supervises and directs field auditors during each audit assignment.

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Delivery

• To be the Lead Auditor on: a broad range of risk-based audit assignments of a complex/ad-hoc and often non-financial nature; verification's of controls assurance standards; and a broad range of routine audit assignments.
• Develops and leads the execution of risk-based audit programmes.
• Obtains robust information and data from a range of client systems and through interviews with key client staff and perform detailed analysis of the data to inform judgements on adequacy of systems of internal control.
• Drafts high quality, value adding audit reports for client senior management,
  Directors and Audit Committees that include an audit opinion and practicable recommendations to address all risk issues and control weaknesses identified during the assignment.

Your new role

As Customer Service Representative, you will manage all aspects of orders including entry, processing and shipment. You will communicate with customers regarding issues such as order status, order changes and confirmations. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer records, which include weekly reporting on order status, the preparation of reports for internal / external sales meetings and customer visits, preparing and issuing quotes, identifying and targeting new opportunities, and logging and responding to customer scorecards / Performance Metrics. In your customer service role, you will create and maintain customer records and work closely with buyers and planners to achieve on-time customer deliveries.


What you'll need to succeed
As Customer Service Representative, you will have a minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent, including Maths & English. Essentially, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. The ability to demonstrate excellent relationship-building skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and excellent IT skills, including use of MS Office & Excel.
