Your new role

2. Monitoring quality and accuracy of data received from Managers and other ESR Users, identifying and resolving any queries.

3. Provide specialist ESR system advice to user across the trust at all levels

This can be complex due to the English not necessarily being the employee’s first language or the IT literacy skills of the employee. Assistance to users requires a high level of patience and accuracy of explanation


5. Provide support to managers and ESR Supervisor Self Service users including how to gain access and navigation of the screen via the user helpline.
