About the role

We are looking for a Lead Clinician to manage the Clinical Team in our Options Roxby House Adult Services. The team are based at Roxby House close to Scunthorpe but work across our homes in the area. The post holder will work collaboratively with the Registered Managers and the Locality Clinical Lead. The role will be split between clinically leading the team and holding a therapy caseload. The post holder will be responsible for coordinating the line management of the members of the onsite clinical team. Working collaboratively with sites across our Adult Services in the Scunthorpe area, you will deliver bespoke assessment and intervention programmes for our service users who present with complex profiles of need as result of learning disabilities, Autism and other types of neurodivergence, trauma and social, emotional and mental health needs.’ You will also be responsible for coordinating the line management of the members of the clinical team.

You will be responsible for holding the therapy caseload with the full support of our well-established and knowledgeable clinical network and growing Clinical Team, you will also contribute to staff training and consultation. About The Role

As a Senior Care Assistant at HC One, Kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. For you, that will mean planning and implementing the kind of care that will give our residents a real sense of security, dignity and independence. Assisting the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, you will be involved in providing essential physical and mental stimulation through a range of social and recreational activities, as well as administering medication.

One of your key responsibilities as Senior Care Assistant is to maintain accurate records of the job you do and build strong relationships with the rest of your team.

About You
Ideally, you’ll have completed a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care and are prepared to work towards Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent, a background in person centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia. What’s essential, though, is your brilliant positive energy and natural ability to get along with people. You’ll know what good record keeping looks like and be able to manage your time effectively. And, whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, you’ll be truly considerate and kind.

Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and therefore it is important that you are able to recognise the signs which may indicate possible abuse, harm or neglect in its different forms and know what to do if there are any concerns. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in associated areas. You also have the ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.

The Governors of Llanishen Fach Primary School wish to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Estates Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to join our innovative and highly motivated team. It is desirable that you will have previous experience in a school background although this is not essential.
Llanishen Fach Primary School have committed to work in collaboration with Pentyrch Primary School over the next 3 years to further the progression and development of both schools during an exciting period of curriculum changes and two substantial building projects. The Estates Officer will report to the Compliance Manager who will oversee the Estates functions in both schools and may be required to work at Pentyrch Primary School from time to time. A mileage allowance will be available whereby travel between the schools occurs during the working day.
You will contribute to the smooth running of the school, have good organisational and communication skills, with a flexible and adaptable approach. The successful applicant will be responsible for the upkeep and general care of the school and undertake minor repairs and maintenance (DIY skills are essential).
Pentyrch Primary School and Llanishen Fach Primary School have a combined 670 pupils on roll ranging from age 4 to 11 years, Llanishen Fach Primary School also supports 30 children severe and complex learning needs. We pride ourselves on our positive, inclusive and welcoming ethos.
A full driving licence and own transport is essential for the post.
